3 ★Loved this app and have played ot gor years, but recently the changes have made it so bad that I will probably uninstall it. First of all, a couple of weeks ago, it locked up and I had to uninstall and reinstall. When I reinstalled it, my puzzle packs that I had earned and was working on, were gone and I never got them back. Second, the amount of ads is ridiculous. Third, the new "challenge" where you can never win enough ingredients for a reward is a waste of time.
3 ★Love the game and the playing aspects of it, it's just too expensive, at least for me, if i could afford it, i would; i just don't have it, and I'm struggling to just barely make ends meet, in my disability benefits. It's hard!-though i love this game, i feel forced to delete it, simply cause i can't afford to unlock the puzzles & i find it incredibly frustrating to have to constantly watch game & med advertisements, which either tend to trigger my anxiety, or offend me. Update-ThankYou ZIMAD;-)
2 ★It was great, not anymore. I've been using this app for more than three years. I love the puzzles and the "rewards" for completing missions. I didn't pay for VIP access and still have all kinds of puzzles to do. Their recent introduction of new shapes (radial and plant) was a great idea. However, in their most recent update they have developed glitches. I often need to open the app two or three times before I can work on a puzzle and then it frequently cuts out. Today I can't get any puzzles to open. And before you think I have a virus, I've got this installed on three different computers and my phone. The same problems on all of them. I'm uninstalling now and looking for another app. I use this to relax and lately all it is doing is causing more tension in my life. They really need to figure out what went wrong with the latest "upgrade" because it didn't work.
1 ★Game itself is nice. But the layout of choosing a game is really confusing. And the ads are absolutely intrusive. They pop up while you're in the midst of a puzzle. Before you do a puzzle. And there's a bar of ads next to the puzzle pieces that I kept accidentally touching. On two different occasions I accidentally downloaded a game from one of the ads, just by trying to touch the X to close it. If you want the ad free version it's stupid expensive
2 ★In the PC version, I get 5 coins for the simplest level. In this version, I get two. Not a problem if the puzzle packs are similarly discounted. They aren't. In the PC version, I get energy for a free puzzle every three hours. Again, not in this version. I still haven't figured it out yet, but it seems like I lose that energy if I don't use almost immediately. Do like the puzzles.
4 ★Please make Haptic Feedback optional. I HATE it. Maybe some like it, but it should be like sound or music. A personal choice. For those considering the game, I've played it for years and it's constantly changing. Many changes frustrate me but it's the best puzzle game available...thank you for your fast response. Unfortunately I don't see a vibration icon there. Just sounds and music. But as always, impressed with your speed of response!
4 ★I enjoy this app very much & have spent many relaxing hours. It is one of the better jigsaw apps and has a variety of excellent puzzles, good graphics, different levels and best of all, each puzzle can be worked in 4 different quadrants. I would like to be able to move the purchased and uncompleted apps & data from the old Galaxy tablet to the new one. I spent a fortune on them and can't afford to buy them again. I understand the need to make money, but the ads are too long at 30 seconds. I would be willing to pay a fixed amount for the app, but becoming a VIP member at the exorbitant price of $7.99 per week or $19.99 per month or $99 annually is cost prohibitive. You really need to rethink your prices.
5 ★I love this game so much! It has relaxing music... I dobw8sh there were musical choices but that's not that important! There are mnah different ways to up the difficulty of the game from thr number of puzzle pieces to rotating pieces or not. I love this and love the variety of the free puzzles! And as a note of improvement, it would be great if you notified the user that creating their own puzzle ysing their own photos was not free before accepting their personal photos. I uploaded a personal photo of mine in hopes to show it to a loved one only to find out I had to purchase a package deal after the photo had already been uploaded. It was a bit disappointing but I still super love the game!
4 ★Fun, but I wish you could look at the puzzle, the way you can look at a box. There's an option for "preview" which puts the opposite underneath, but it's hard to see and feels a little like cheating. I'd rather just have the option to view the finished picture so I can decide which pieces to work on. The colors in particular are hard to figure out because of the backgrounds, so seeing the finished picture would make a big difference and make it more enjoyable/more like solving a physical puzzle.
4 ★The game WAS perfect!!! I would give 5 stars, but only using bigger pieces on the side in this latest update really throws it off when most pieces are normal sized, then ones on the side are twice as large. I always use the most pieces possible, to make it a relaxing challenge. Now it's not nearly as enjoyable.. Please consider having it an option which size is used. Not fun having 2 different sizes for one puzzle.. Other than that, I think this is a super great app! 💙
3 ★I enjoy putting the puzzles together and seeing all the different pictures. However, too many adds. My phone goes to sleep or I have to walk away for a minute and I have to watch another add before I can continue. I started playing this game to receive coins for another game. Thought I would actually keep it after receiving the coins. However, about to delete the game before that and not get the coins, as it is taking too long to earn coins. Not worth my time and it is losing the enjoyment.
5 ★I love this game. There are different ways to play (size of puzzle, rotation), the interface is easy, and there are optional challenges and quite lot of free gameplay. The ads aren't too intrusive and you can move out of them fairly quickly. There are many types of puzzles, but I prefer the two daily puzzles because you don't know the picture before you start. I would like an option to hide the completed puzzles and just know the category before starting.
