1 ★SCAM WARNING Marvel print subscriptions are a scam run by Midtown. Do not subscribe you will not get comics and they will not refund you ***AS TO THE REPLY*** don't call me a liar on top of it, check my account it's the truth. Then google people's satisfaction with the service and you'll see this is your reputation, you don't deliver the comics period.

1 ★Absolute trash. The 20 percent first order discount is a flat-out lie, DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP. Customer service is terrible, they are rude and WILL NOT HELP YOU! Not the worst retail experience I've had, but only because they couldn't also give me food poisoning. Shop literally anywhere else, Midtown is NOT WORTH IT. Edit: the advertisement for the 20% discount does not have any details about being ineligible with other discounts. Clicking on it takes you to an old blog post.

1 ★Watch what you buy here if they run out of something they replace it with a bs comic and take no responceabilty for what they give you. Ordered a batman 89 and they sent me a cop comic in its place. Watch out this place will burn you then blame you.

2 ★Apps ok, I spend about 150 a month in comics and most come damage. They dont even bother putting a fragile label or use a box that saids it and make you pay for shipping on damage returns. For a big company midtown customer service is horrible.

1 ★This company is run by monkeys. Actually that would be an insult to monkeys. Worst customer service I have ever encountered.

5 ★Who said heroes were hard to find?

1 ★It would be a great app if I could ever get to checkout & pay for items I want. DO NOT put your credit card info on this app. It can NOT be permanently removed. Problems are addressed in a timely manner but have never had one of the many resolved. I got to level 5 on my issue & no resolution. Just more apologies. Garbage app.

1 ★Great brick and mortar store, terrible app! •Literally the worst search app I've ever used. If you're not super specific then most of the time you'll get no results. •App doesn't mirror what you do on a separate browser meaning if you sign into your account and put something in your cart on one it means nothing to the other. •Very limited. Most of the time I wind up just using a browser or Googling a title and Midtown Comics. (Cuz lord knows the website isn't much better with search results)

2 ★With the amount of notifications I get from this app (upwards of 3 a day, EVERY DAY), this should run much faster and less glitchy.
