If you want to use GT-1000 ver.1.20 or later, please use the "BTS for GT-1000 v1.2" app instead of the "BTS for GT-1000" app.
If you use "BTS for GT-1000 v1.2" with backup datas (LIVESET, STOMPBOX, ALL DATA ) saved by the "BTS for GT-1000" app, please backup your datas to cloud drive before updating GT-1000 to ver.1.20.

●Connect the BOSS GT-1000 and your Android mobile devices via Bluetooth to use this app.
* BOSS GT-1000 is necessary to use this app.
* Set up the Bluetooth connection in the Connection window displayed after the app is launched.
* When using on Android 6.0 or later, please turn Android Location mode on.

●BOSS TONE STUDIO incorporates convenient functions; ‘Download Function of Additional Tones (Livesets)’, ‘Tone Edit Function’, and ‘Tone Librarian Function’.

4 ★This app shows so much promise but little foibles let it down, which is ahuge shame. Connecting to Bluetooth is very hit and miss. Also since arecent update its got very hard to select effects in the chain. These arefundamental flaws which make it very frustrating to the point that Icurrently don't feel its worth using until they are fixed. This app was abig selling point for a very expensive pedal. Edit: it seems like theeffect selection has now been fixed so adding another star. If theBluetooth connectivity improves I won't hesitate to give it 5 stars.

3 ★Dear Boss, Pls update the app, make it more attractive. The app looks verygeneric and it's nothing different than the actual display on the processor

1 ★I can't connect to the pedal. Help!

2 ★This could be really useful but there is a lot of room for improvement. Youshould not need to pair the device everytime, why can you not pair itinitially and then have it connect automatically thereafter? The backbutton on the phone shouldn't take you right out of the app for me then tohave to pair the devices again when i open thhe app again. The app alsotakes a lot longer to startup than you would expect. Please provide fixesfor the above.

2 ★Close to awesome, but a few significant problems. 1) Version 1.0.3 made the touch sensitive area in each effect block on the chain so small, it is near impossible to toggle an effect on/off or get into its parameters. 2) Sometimes swiping up/down on a knob scrolls the screen while changing the value, making it impossible to reach the upper/lower values of the knob. This seams to happen mostly if try to resize the window on a tablet or chromebook with Android support. 3) Having to re-pair with the device every time you run the app is a ridiculously tedious hassle. Come on guys, bluetooth has been around for 20 years, it shouldn't need to work this way. 4) Only formatted for a phone; doesn't take advantage of a tablet's screen space in landscape mode.

1 ★Buggy app. Swiping the finger on the screen gets you off the panes. Youcannot set the knob values, as swiping up and down moves the screen whilechanges the values. I am not sure if Boss GT-1000 is class compliant norworks as OTG USB. This would be a great feature. Having it available onLinux would be amazing. Please fix the bugs.
