A Rádio Ultra Hits nasceu em 18 de maio de 2009 em Londres sob a direção de Henrique Miotto, a Ultra Hits era destinada aos jovens de todo mundo com locutores espalhados em vários paises.Com o enorme sucesso no Brasil e já com a Direção de Icaro Dourado e Vitor Moitinho, a rádio teve varios ataques em 2011 levando ao seu fechamento no mesmo ano.
Em dezembro de 2013 Vitor junto com Icaro resolveram voltar com a emissora porém com um proposito diferente, voltada ao publico jovem e baiano, em setembro de 2014 a rádio bateu seu primeiro recorde depois do retorno com a transmissão ao vivo do show de Wesley Safadão em Irecê Bahia. A partir daí a rádio nao parou mais, passou por aqui: Psirico, Saulo Fernandes, Aviôes do Forró, Pablo, Gusttavo Lima, Marilia Mendonça, Harmonia do Samba, entre outros. Com o enorme sucesso nas transmissões a rádio passou até ser copiada por emissoras locais, fazendo toda uma mudança no conceito de rádio tanto pela internet como em frequência modulada. Atualmente a rede tem sua propria plataforma de streaming online no play.radioultrahits.net e um sucesso de downloads na home page do suamusica.com.br.
