1 ★This game is getting more and more ridiculous. Quests are getting harder to clear and passive skills are in a mess after the recent upgrade; you will miss your hits in annihilation but you will always get hit with ten times more damages; you will never get to hold your battleground and you will need to spend tons of silver to upgrade artifacts. Unbelievable.
2 ★The game is great fun. I enjoyed it immensely. It took a lot of time and effort. The problem is that there is 0 product support. After playing the game for a few months and spending a good deal on it. I was suddenly unable to log in, even after binding the game to my accounts. Multiple emails and attempts for help have not been answered. Buyer beware. I had a response. They basically told me to use all the options I had in December. I was optimistic. No actual help. Multiple emails.0 help. gl
1 ★This game would have been a 5 star game, but the upcoming merger will make players in the current server severely disadvantaged. 400 days of uptime disparity from the earlier servers will make this game unenjoyable and unplayable not only for those that are f2p, but even to those that have invested hundreds of dollars, and thousands and thousands of hours in to the game. Why even bother with this game anymore?
1 ★After update(11/21/08) can't log in (Details of this can be found evereywhere in your own face, i.e. the Official Plug forum , Nexon!) Update: there is no action or human response from Nexon so far (11/24). I have some Google credits to spend but Nexon you are NOT getting them. Why ? Because you won't let me log in! update(12/18/08): After numerous emails to support, Nexon customer service continue sending me canned responses and did not take ANY action to my complaint. Gamers be aware!
2 ★The game is very good, BUT all the sudden, the service cannot allow me to log in any more. Unable to connect to server and failed all the time if I click retry. Error since 12/11/2018 morning. (Also, sometimes the game forces to close) Update, after merge ,cannot log in for 2days . From 12/27 to 12/30 cannot login again
1 ★This game was once easily the best ive ever played, but with the recent news of a server merge, and little too no attempts on Nexons side too compenstate players appropriately they have effectivily slapped the global server in the face. I truly hope there will be a future after the merge, but all competitive aspects of the game are null and avoid after December 5th. Please reconsider the merge, or re-evaluate your compenstation plan, we will never catch up on 400 days of play time without it. Otherwise I enjoy the stories the most, I will continue to play for these stories, thanks for reading.
1 ★This game is just a money sink trap. Stay away. Deceitful hidden gacha drop rate. Developer and publisher LIED TO CUSTOMER about server merge compensation, which was never delivered. Updates are designed around invalidating effort you made to force you spend more money. Obviously pay to win, but Nexon makes it so that even if you pay, you still lose. Someone spent up to 15,000 USD and still quit because the server merge invalidated all his effort. Only play this game if you are making 10k usd/mo
1 ★you never catch the Asian old server users or you need to spend a lot of money. Global server is totally fail. Taiwan server has opened for more then 2 years and U.S server has opened for just 7 months. and Nexon combine those servers together. This game for only for old Taiwan server players now. Not for others. Dont play this game.
4 ★It is a fun game full of interesting views on Cao Cao. I love that it is one of the few games to show him as more than a cunning villain. It is a little slow at first but once you develop your troops and town it becomes more accessible. One thing to note are some of the stories have parts still in another language. Like the later part of Cao Cao's story had some general lines untranslated and the beginning of Tao Qian's story is completely untranslated even though it says English. Hopefully they fix those small things but without that it would have been 5 stars from this Rotk fan!
5 ★Since I'm a big fan of Warriors series and this is also Strategy RPG game, I love it. The gameplay is much easier than I thought and the thing you need to improve is the gold. It's kinda hard to farming the gold coin for f2p player like myself.
3 ★Unable to play after new patch earlier. Contacted CS and issue resolved after 1 day. The compensation is unacceptable as I'm unable to play it for 4 days and the resources lost make the game hard to continue. Will improve the rating if the compensation is reasonable
4 ★Pretty interesting rotk, a little sad you can't make your own Lord,might be more fun without other players interfering. Nexon if you're reading this please make a port for romance of the three kingdoms 7, I know a lot of other people who would like to see that game rebooted; would willingly pay like 20$ for it.
