３月のある寒い夜のこと。
グータラな父親のせいで、膨大な借金を負わされた主人公は、行くあてもなく街をさまよっていた。
そのとき、数人の怪しげな人物に絡まれている少女を見かける。
それが、瓏仙院理瀬との運命的な出会いだった。
主人公は危ういところで撃退し、理瀬を守りきる。
そんなことから理瀬は主人公のことを見所のある男子と判断し、とある計画を話してくる。
その計画とは、街でも有名なお嬢様学校“私立ヴァンセンヌ女学園”に、留学してくれないか──というものだった。
ヴァンセンヌ女学園の理事会は、“男女共学化”の方針をめぐって、まっぷたつに割れているという。
論争は長年続き、もはや事態の収拾は不可能と見た理事長（理瀬の祖母）は、サンプルとして一人の男子生徒に“留学”してもらい、それをもって共学化の是非を判断することにした。
そのサンプルとして認められた主人公は、ヴァンセンヌに入ることにするのだが……。
