1 ★Due to the recent maintenance January 17, 2020 crescent land got bug. Prior to the update I can still kill the mobs on stage 62 but after that I can't event damage any of the mobs. I got 1 hit by the mobs. I even ask the customer service what happened? That stupid customer service told me to boost my CP. OH!! COME!! ON!! if that stupid customer service can't answer the questions correctly. Hire someone else who can.
1 ★so hard just to log in , how much rate bandwith to get in just for log in ? Nice game but to much consumption of I-net bandwith, Just repair it then
5 ★I am not satisfied with these present update it made the game laggy and freezes, it kind of ruining the game, please get it fixed. I tried switching network as you suggested but the game still freezes when I sort and sell items on the bag, also when salvaging and feeding the ward. Many players are also complaining about this, to prove it make a survey to see how many players have this problem, Thank you.
1 ★its not a game thats easy to enjoy unless you are a rich player with loads of money. pay to play in every single corner of the game. most of the events have bugs. openning a bag takes a lot of time and sorting makes you feel your phone sucks but its actually the game itself.. i have 8gb ram high end phone and always took 2mins just so sort the bag. drop rates are so low. ane events arent timely managed. you will get stressed more than you enjoy. 3yrs of playing.. NOT WORTH IT
1 ★I love mmorpg games, like this game. But the biggest problem in this game is login issues. As i was facing today. Its not 1st time, i was faced same problem no of times. Here is one thing i have to suggest for the developers is, ppease create a login page before entering into the game. Then only the player can know what is the problem he was facing. And mention if server maintenance is going on, in that login page. And if you want to logout and login another ur accout in that same game there is
1 ★Its a good game but pay to win.. the more u pay.. the more hard u get good item.. drop equip hard enough and its also very easy to fail fused equip.. unless buy and very expensive.. wing is essential for every player, dont hope u get a wing 6 up unless u burn money.. alot of it... Lag but still understandable.. everything about this game is money.. free player dont get high hope..
3 ★Im enjoying this game but!!! I just want to say that please hear our request of having a server merge. Other servers have their merges. I sent a message from your facebook account and you said that your still processing it to your developers. Why does it take so long lol. You keep on creating new servers that is why there are only few players in other server. Im from S520, please ujoy please! Hear our request of server merge!
4 ★December 1, 2019: dont put high level bosses in the middle of the road as they can one shot low level players. please fix current game update looks okay as of November 21, 2019. good job. listen to your players opinion. will recommend this game to others. my old comment: heavens arena (pvp) is not fair enough. devs are dumb putting a good item aka server change card then taking it away and giving a trash compensation. fix the game and i will change my rating. in the meantime avoid this game.
3 ★I like games like this. But the game sucks because of the recharge! You can't even win against spenders even though the level gap is high. It's because of the items they got when theu are spending. I wish there were a server where all of the players are non-spenders.
1 ★suggestions you said? there are a lot. why not improve your drop rate? even vip boss hunts give you trash. fuse success rate is ridiculous. i dont know how you do the math but as i see it, its really crappy successively failing item fuse even with a high success rate considering you spent a lot of initiative, time and effort gathering items with the trash drop rate you get after playing for quite a while and patronizing by spending some bucks but is not really rewarding. unbalanced matching.
3 ★im making this in the hope my ticket would be resolved immediately as possible..will edit it depending on how fast you will resolve my payment issue.. earlier today i loaded up my cellphone to buy diamonds ..it did say "payment successful" or something similar i guess.. i also received a text message telling me my simcard/account was charged.. though i didnt get the diamonds i was supposed to get.. i hope you guys read this so i can edit this and you'll get a good rating... thank you and hopefully more power
1 ★After the update and downloaded those files I can't log in it stock up. My storage is running out. I deleted all the unnecessary application to free up space but still I can't log in. I even updated it to the latest version but it's still the same. You shouldn't update it, cause everytime you do there are so many problems. Better fix it
