La aplicación es una herramienta interactiva de promoción inmobiliaria para atraer potenciales clientes y promover la venta de pisos.Para ello el usuario puede navegar en un entorno tridimensional interactivo. Se pueden explorar dos entornos tridimensionales:
1. Exterior de la urbanización: El usuario puede explorar la urbanización 3D para conocer la misma con dos manejadores diferentes: cámara helicóptero y cámara a pie de calle (botón situado en lateral derecho de la pantalla). Además de poder explorar la urbanización de estas dos maneras, la aplicación muestra las diferentes fases de la promoción mediante etiquetas 3D interactivas. Pulsando sobre la etiqueta de nombre “Fase 2”, el usuario ve una ficha con información de la fase de la promoción urbanística. Desde esta misma ficha también puede acceder a la visita virtual interactiva del interior de la vivienda. En la parte derecha de la pantalla también existe un botón que funciona como acceso directo a la visita interior de la vivienda.
2. Interior de piso (departamento piloto): El usuario puede explorar el departamento (interior de la vivienda) en 3D con dos manejadores diferentes: cámara orbital y cámara a pie de calle (botón situado en lateral derecho de la pantalla). Haciendo uso de la cámara a pie de calle el usuario puede pasear por el piso en 3D en primera persona. Haciendo uso del manejador cámara orbital puede explorar con una cámara orbital la vivienda para ver los espacios. Existe también un botón en el lateral derecho que permite ver una ficha con información del interior de la vivienda.
