• Point your device’s microphone and speaker towards your pet, no more than 10cm (4 inches) away. Your device might look like it's upside-down, but it'll work better this way.
• Close any other apps running in the background

1 ★I can't even open the app, whenever I try to open it, my phone just keeps saying "Furreal Friends keeps stopping".
1 ★i have a galaxy tablet, and a google pixel, the app downloaded to both but shut down saying 'App has stopped. My husbands iphone however had no problem and the app works fine. i wish companies would stop lying about the availability for android, its very misleading.
2 ★the APP DID WORK go into your settings and give permission to microphone and storage (i think) then will work. mine kept crashing too but i just fixed it. i was able to briefly fix it but it only worked for one scan then stopped responding not sure if its batteries or what.
5 ★I think this game is very nice but I tried installing on my ipad and it said I had to access microphone so I looked on Settings and nothing
5 ★After reading the book that came with the toy after it wouldn't load I realized I had to allow permissions for the microphone and storage. If you're having issues with the app please try that.

1 ★Been a week long endeavor to no avail. App still crashes on start. Installed at least 10 times. Changed settings. There's no reason for this. I have a galaxy s10. Practically brand new phone. Looks to me like this company needs to focus on fixing their app
1 ★Extremely disappointed! my daughter go the very expensive starlily for Christmas and it wont work on ANY of our devices just says it stopped responding. I tried going to the settings and changing permissions as stated above but it still wont work!
5 ★I loved this app because you got to interact with StarLily. It was interesting but fun as you were allowed to merge fruits together in one area, bathe StarLily in another, decorate the tree and make music out of the crystals! This app certainly deserves 5 stars. 😁😃👍👍👍🦄
4 ★Works once you manually enable app permissions. Go to settings....apps..... Find FurReal friends..... Select it..... Scroll down to permissions...... Select microphone and storage to "on". It should now work. (well that worked for me anyway)
5 ★Awesome! To start app though install. Go to settings. Find app in app list. Open and allow all in settings. Then go back one page and force close. Then open on device w the icon. Works great! Daughter loves it. So cute.
