1 ★Cant even play. Been trying to get a verification code for hours. Customer support is no help and i know it isnt my carrier blocking messages. They arent send verification codes.

1 ★Game screwed up last night. Game NEVER starts at 8:00 (usually by the time Matt or Anna are done yapping, it's like 8:06 or later). Got on tonight at 8:02, and the PROMISED gift drop had already happened. You guys SUCK!!!! *Edit- I had over 12 erasers, and last night they were all wiped out!🤬🤬🤬

4 ★It's a fun game BUT freezes all the time. So makes it impossible to win. Every game it freezes. I have updated and tried other things. Nothing works. It just keeps freezing up... SMDH I give up.

1 ★Desperately needs an update. Video hasn't worked on Android version for a couple weeks, works perfectly on my wife's iPhone. Questions pop up late and gives minimal time to answer. Please fix this and make things fair again.

2 ★Offering VIP to only certain people and not everyone has made me loose interest in this game REALLY fast. I know people who have been playing this game every night since HQ has started and they aren't VIPS!! I use to be one of those people playing every night until others win $100 while you win 83 cents, makes no sense how you choose your VIPS!!

2 ★Fun to play, hard to win, and almost impossible to cash out. Everytime I try to do so, I get a "something went wrong" message -- and this after waiting weeks for approval. That takes the fun out of rare wins.

1 ★Fake game. This game asks for a verification code and it says it will send it to you over text or phone call and it won't. So it's unplayable. Don't waste your time

4 ★Fun game but constantly freezes mid-game which really sucks when you're on a roll.
