So müsst ihr dem Stress durch Schiffe und Meeresmüll trotzen. Auf der Reise in die Heimatgewässer lauern aber auch natürliche Gefahren, wie Orca- und Eisbärangriffe, auf den Wal.
„Be the Whale Beluga“ bringt auf spielerische Art die faszinierende Lebensweise der Walart mit dem markanten Aussehen näher und regt gleichzeitig dazu an, über die Folgen der menschlichen Einflüsse auf die Meeresnatur nachzudenken.
Die Geschichte von Anouk ist angelehnt an eine wahre Begebenheit. Im Jahr 1966 schwamm ein Beluga für mehrere Wochen im Rhein. Der seltene Irrgast entkam sämtlichen Fangversuchen und wurde schließlich an der Nordseemündung in den Niederlanden das letzte Mal gesehen.
Der zweite Teil der Spiele-App des Deutschen Meeresmuseums ist für Kinder und Erwachsene geeignet, die spielerisch außerhalb des Museumsbesuchs mehr über die Welt der Wale erfahren möchten.
