They followed up the issue for me by responsive email and aduquate guidelines. I do really love their game and attitude towards players of the game.
3 ★Good app overall. However, recently there has been many times that in multi-player mode, I just disconnect from the main game but my game appears to be continuing from my perspective (has happened many times when I played with my girlfriend). Please solve this. Thank you.
5 ★Very nice game to get the family to play together. Just paid for it too. But can add 1 online game with the following option - Min 1 fold to win (not 3) and - Disable discarded pay all. - 1 or 4 wind I will pay for the above options. Thanks.
3 ★The game is nice but the explanations are useless if you dont know how to play, and even if you do the AI will often suggest really bad choices. The "Genius: Ready? Throw" messages that highlight multiple tiles give no explanation about what it wants you to do...
2 ★After going through the reviews I know I am not the only one that is facing this issue, the ai are ridiculously lucky that they can self draw in like 2-3 rounds every single game, and there is no setting about the difficulty that I could change. Only good things about this game is 1 nice graphic and sound and 2 amount of ads is appropriate.
5 ★Love this game. But there's a issue with their server. Even if my connection is full, well connected, the game will either lag, or it'll hang at the loading page. Which is really a nuisance to me.

Its too quiet!! This game provided a great chance to connect virtually! 😍 I already bought the 1st new rules of Typhoon shelter, keep up the good work and please show more of Hong Kong! 4 ★Great game please consider putting on windows store for PC or steam as well. I want to play mahjong with friends on discord on my PC. This is the best app I've used for mahjong except for Mahjong Soul but that is Riichi and we love Hong Kong rules. Or maybe create a HTML 5 version. Give ability to create tournament style private games that everyone starts with same money as well and add numerals to the character tiles and winds for new players.
