A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.
Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?
A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading). As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.
Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?
A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.
Q: What are Android App permissions?
A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

5 ★well done. nicely work.
5 ★Two words: absolutely awestruck. What an amazingly quick Android app. Computer installation was as simple as a few clicks. For something running on my slow home network I expected a large delay between my phone and my laptop--at the very least, a few seconds. But the controls on this app are instantaneous--from the volume to the media controls to the library search. Very impressive. Going to get my friends to get this A.S.A.P.
5 ★Just tried it today. Easy and fast setup, smooth and responsive controls. I just have one small complaint. It seems that you can't sort anything. It just shows your whole library by artist and the playlists you create. Not a big problem for me, since I use playlists to organize my music anyway. It just would be nice to have an album view. The notification controls stick around for several minutes after playback is stopped, and it won't allow you to swipe it away, but I can live with that.
4 ★Brilliant if you can get it working. It works great so thank you to the developer, now I can control my outside music from my phone. However, the installation instructions didn't work for me but I got it going in the end with a weird ip address.
5 ★Hey I was wondering if there will be a possibility to trigger an action upon end of playlist? For example, I would like for my pc to power off automatically after a finished playlist because i mostly listen to music when i go to sleep. Thanks for effort anyhow.
4 ★This is a keeper. Works as expected. Setup for additional Foobar2000 plugins (Windows 10 Anniversary) was simple, no firewall problem. UI is OK, not great, but more than good enough. Good enough for me to want to say thank you, but the Go PRO option fails because the PRO version is gone from the Google Play Store. The alternative app is out of the question because it asks for unnecessary permissions such as Identity and Contacts.
5 ★The initial installation guide is a little confusing, you're supposed to add the http plug-in in the foobar user component folder : (%appdata%/foobar2000/user_comp) , while adding the server files in the foobar folder (%appdata%/foobar2000). Though once it's installed correctly and "paired" it's smooth as butter! There's relatively no delay between start up and connection. The album art, track info, time, etc shows up flawlessly!
5 ★It's great for a DLNA "controller". No questions asked. But if you want to use it as DLNA "receiver", its setup alogside BubbleUPnP ($$) has problems making playlists. To that end, UMS (desktop) with foobar2000 normal app work without bugs (note: if your goal is lossless audio streaming, enable LPCM inside UMS). Cheers!
4 ★Pretty good app in order be more lazy in your own house. work well for the thing its intended to be, interface a little bit not so good but once again do the purpose of controlling foobar remotly.
5 ★Love it! Things I'd improve: color schemes (some stuff is hard for me to see, like the stars on song ratings). Uh, guess that's about all I can think of at the moment. Great app!
5 ★AMAZING APP! The first time my phone rang, and my music automatically paused, I thought something was wrong. And upon ending the call, my music resumed! I realized this was an option and enjoyed this app so much more!
3 ★I could never get a remote app for WMP to work. At this point who needs it? Foobar has better sound and this remote app works beautifully (if it works.) As an unexpected bonus it will play any file/folder on the PC, not just playlists. Just follow the well laid out installation instructions and get real lucky. It worked fine in Android 6.0. After upgrade to Android 7.0 the troubles began. EVERY time the PC reboots all connections are lost. After spending an hour plus for a few mornings to make it work now I can not get it work at all. I finally resorted to trying another app which worked immediately. IT AIN'T ME. As an aside it still works fine on my old Android 6.0 phone which I keep around for just such a purpose - WiFi remote. If you have a new phone I would steer clear until he debugs the code. Unless you enjoy a REAL challenge.
