My Intercom is an app that allows you to speak to your visitors via your smartphone or tablet. Whether you’re connected to WIFI or 4G**, you will be able to receive video calls.* Receive access requests

First of all, it’s important to check that you are eligible to use this app. The app is part of the Intratone product range. Make sure that your landlord, property manager or owner offers this service.
Don't your calls come in video?
Video calls require high-speed internet access (3G, 3G+, 4G, WiFi...). If your app does not have access to the Internet during the call, you will be contacted in audio. In this case, you can open the door with the * key on your device.
Some flip cases or covers, such as S-view, that allow you to view the smartphone's screen by area or transparency, can block calls and are therefore not compatible. In case of malfunction, consult the smartphone manufacturer.

5 ★Had the app installed on my previous phone and it worked fine. Tried to install it on my new phone and it no longer works. I have sent emails to try and get help but not had any reply. Very disappointed. To be fair, they did call me & quickly resolved my issue. App now working as before which was excellent. Many thanks.
2 ★First Impressions, just setting this system up and to get 'optimal usage' you have to allow it to run in the background, which it tells you will run down your battery. Then you have to allow it to RECORD your microphone, not just access it. Why? Why does it need to record?
1 ★Terrible, this app was forced on to me by the building and it has never worked propperly. The app frequently crashes, doesn't let you open the door, doesn't notify you when the bell is rung and many more problems. If there is anything else available to you at all, go for that option
1 ★We have to use this for our intercom system and it's rubbish. No way to divert to the back up number. Many times it just calls my phone rather than coming though the app. If you try to contact them directly the contact info is wrong. I have no way of getting this sorted other than complaining on here.
1 ★App goes in to periods where it stops working for some neighbors in our apartment complex. Even when no-sleep settings are taken care (which drains battery) and/or app is reinstalled. An unreliable door bell is the same as no doorbell. Not worth the subscription costs.
1 ★Absolute battery drainer. Even on optimised mode. However can't put on restricted as app doesn't work properly. How come other companies can make apps that work in the background fine without sucking my battery dry but this company can't? Overnight battery has dropped almost 20pc and looking at battery usage stats it's all due to this app and of course haven't even received any calls from the intercom. Absolutely ridiculous and such a waste electricity, thanks for costing me money at this time!
1 ★Intratone doesnt work most of the time. On my old phone i often didnt get a msg through the app but got a telephone call instead. Both my partner and my neighbour use the iPhone version and they get neither most of the time... Now i bought a new Android and i got the call but the app doesnt even show that the doorbell rang, meanwhile my partner doesnt get any notification at all that there is someone at the door... Terrible system
1 ★The sharing option is bugged and I can not join the my wife's group on this. So she gets all the calls. And since she is in meeting the people coming ring her and I miss the people. Why isn't it a key feature to connect both phone? Please do something about it. Also the phone rings from phone number (my wife's phone) why isn't the app taking over? Yes we have allowed every required settings including background activity... Unacceptable.
2 ★Very temperamental app. Won't ring phone if phone is in do not disturb mode - Which I would expect to be able to set as an exception. Plus only rings once. Other issues too but early days for using this app
1 ★Sends an sms to a landline. No idea how to get the code that would allow me to continue. Also very confusing having two options saying configure or ignore. I think the ignore should probably be cancel. And whereas configuration is normally optional here it is necessary so why do you have to press a button to choose it? Uninstalling.
3 ★The latest update messed up the app. It has been working fine until the app was updated a few days ago. The screen just flashes with "please wait" until it switches to a phone call.
1 ★This app / doorbell system could be used as a form of corporal punishment... 2 years of pure inconvenience at your fingertips. Forget ever turning your phone off, or having it go flat during the day. It renders you unable to answer the door... By far the worst product I have ever used...
