2 ★Initially thought this was good, but it turns out when you're told "there is no right or wrong way to approach these scenarios" there evidently is! As I somehow didn't get past this test! So be careful people it's lies 🤥

1 ★How is my cognition so low on this test yet so high on most professional psychometric tests I've done. It's incredible how unreliable tests like these are actually used by government institutions. Also... the electrical power generator task instructions were very unclear.

5 ★This is one of the best online tests I have done. Normally they are just alot of questions, this one tests your speed, memory and logic. Excellent test.

5 ★It was a really good assessment to try, it's unique however the voltage/electricity assessment could have explained a little more, even then I still understood the task and the pattern to memorize, overall it's a great way to test people.

1 ★Ridiculous and childish to use this for hiring. 24 year old so I like using my phone for assessments but this was by far the most ridiculous thing to make someone do. Does not accurately represent whether someone is suitable for a job. The app itself is nice but what it is used for is not.

5 ★I think that this is a great way to test yourself/others abilities. It was quite fun to do and also really enjoyed taking part in this app also very good for remembering things.

4 ★I had no technica challenge throuout the assessment, that was my biggest fear when I was about to start. It is generally good, but hey, more room for more improvement

4 ★I highly recommend this app for psychometric tests, it test your strength when it comes to problem solving and being able to memorize things, one could see where he/she lacking and where his/her strong points are.

1 ★I am more interested in, is understanding how inflating a balloon means something about my personality, my work ethic, my motivators. One thing for sure, wont look at a balloon the same way again. Read feedback again, actually disagree with a lot. Things that are normally key strengths in real life, apparently have now changed to weaknessess 😂 per Artic shores Feedback. Monkeys form the foundation of us. Doesnt mean there is much monkey in us today...

3 ★Overall, it was an enjoyable experience. This assessment is solely game- based and explores between others your attention to detail and memory skills, and your ability to use your logic. For an overall - more valid- image of an individual's behavioral and personality traits, a questionnaire exploring their reaction towards situational scenarios would be beneficial.
