2 ★If you have an iPhone updates are not a problem from what I hear. If you have an android based phone things can get problematic. The game was updated in October 2020 but the update had not been available on the play store. Without this update the game well not function. The developer has provided a third party source for the update but I've heard instances where updating via that route has corrupted systems. It is now November 2020 and the game still has not been updated to the play store.
1 ★As a newish player after a week or so you want to boost the speed forward & spending 10$ thinking I'll be good. Then your having fun and the devs throw a sucky update that u can't download .. well I guess I just got ripped off. For one thing I can buy a game on steam for 10$ that won't screw up this bad. Ciao enjoy my 10$ for 2 weeks
1 ★Disappointed that it's taking so long to fix the update. Every time I load the game it says there is an update, then I am locked in a loading screen that does not actually work. Your link isn't clickable, neither can I copy/paste into a browser. You need a better solution than that.

I also think the useless, non-clickable, non-copyable link that your bot is responding with is freaking adorable. Not that they'll compensate players for this idiocy. Get on the ball already.
1 ★I used to play this game years ago, uninstalled because it took too much space on my phone. Got a bigger phone now and I'm trying to install it again, but its got so much content now that it automatically disconnects me for inactiivity while I'm trying to load it. I don't even recall this game requiring an internet connection for anything other than pvp, which I almost never use.
1 ★Its what youd expect. Up until its time for an update. Still waiting to get back in the update happened 2 days ago. And there's supposed to be an updated version. I have un-installed and re-installed still nothing. Well after some time playing, they updated and now we'll I'm off to shop titans. Graphics are nicer anyway thanks for the blatant money grab and dash. Well be weary of your company from here on in.
1 ★First, the game regularly becomes unplayable for days at a time with updates, usually just before a raid starts. Nearly a week already this time around. Their response is to give us a link to what could be a virus (apps in Google play are vetted and assured to be safe-ish). Second, this game has become increasingly time consuming. For a game that has you waiting 10+ days for fusing items and 10+ hours for crafting items... making us log in 10+ times a day on weekends for raids is stupid.

1 ★Im fed up...the game will simply not load right...it starts, says therrs a new version, it will take time, i wait until it says reconnecting to server, which it never dors, then times out...ive uninstalled, reinstalledl....im done...if you can help figure this out id greatly appre iate it...otherwise, im done...im uninstalling and will find a like game that will work
1 ★This was a good game until the latest update, which it keeps telling me there is one and it won't download. I see all the other comments where cloudcade says their team is working on it and they give a link to Google Drive, but it's not a clickable link, I can't copy and paste it and I'm not about to keep switching back and forth from these comments to a browser to try to type it all in. If it's not fixed in the next two days or so, I'm just going to stop playing. It's not worth the hassle.
1 ★They did an update, I have not been able to login for 20 hrs. All players in my town have the same issue. Bad coders and quality control at Cloudcade apparently. Why waste money on an app that does not work? Don't waste your time with this app.
5 ★Great game. I am one of the top players in one of the top cities (Baller Merchants). I have been playing for 3 years and yes, I have spent a lot of money on it as well. I think vast majority of players are very mature (over 30-40y of age), we have lots of female players and atmosphere is very nice. Gameplay is decent, dev team has actually done some quality of life improvements over past year and if you like running shop, crafting items, selling items, equiping items to your heroes, try it!
