Plouf & Floup est un livre et une application réalisés avec une classe de CE2 et une classe de CM2 de l'école Barthélémy Profit à La Rochelle.
Dans le cadre des P[art]cours développés par la ville, les enfants et leurs enseignantes, Anaïs Grignon et Manon Clauzel, ont accueilli Anouck Boisrobert et Louis Rigaud en résidence d’artistes, de mars à avril 2016. Au cours des six semaines de cette résidence, les enfants sont allés à l'aquarium de La Rochelle, ils ont dessinés poissons et tortues, découpés du papier calque, inventés des monstres farfelus, écrits des textes loufoques, réalisés des cadavres exquis sous-marins, imaginés des noms farfelus... Tout cela pour créer un imagier de l'océan, Plouf, et sa version fantastique, Floup.

Ce projet est inspiré de tip tap, mon imagier interactif, d'Anouck Boisrobert et Louis Rigaud (éd. hélium, 2011)
