1 ★Purchased all the ponies and my 5 year old managed to reset and it will not restore the £15 purchase and no way to contact them

2 ★The game is quite pricey to unlock all those other characters. My 4 years old finished the games within a week only. She loves playing the games but unfortunately once you've completed the level, the developer won't let you replay it again even if it's just for fun. Now I had to find other games that suit her age. Such a bummer.
