Radio Gračanica počela je sa radom 21.10.1999. godine i do danas je zadržala mesto najslušanije srpske radio stanice na Kosmetu.Osnovali su je radnici RTS-RTP koji su usvajanjem Rezolucije 1244 SB UN i Kumanovskim sporazumom ostali da žive na Kosovu i Metohiji. Nastavlja da radi kao naslednik Radio Prištine, danas deo sistema i posebna poslovna jedinica JP Mreža-Most.
Signal se prostire na području kosovskog, pećkog, prizrenskog, kosovsko-mitrovačkog i kosovsko-pomoravskog okruga i emituje se sa predajnika u Sušici.
Radio Gračanica emituje raznovrsne programske sadržaje počev od konakt emisija i živih prenosa, preko informativnih, dokumenatrnih, kulturnih, sportskih, dečijih sadržaja i muzičkih emisija prilagođenih svim strukturama slušalaca. U skladu sa postojećim uslovima i predviđenom dinamikom emituje 24 sata programa dnevno. Težište programa fokusira se na informisanje Srba na teritoriji Kosova i Metohije sa osvrtom na aktuelna dešavanja na teritoriji kosovskog, kosovsko-pomoravskog, gnjilanskog, pećkog i prizrenskog okruga. Celokupni program Radio Gračanice čine sopstveni programski sadržaji i muzički spotovi produkcijskih kuća sa kojima sarađuje Radio Gračanica.
Iz rezervnog studija ostvarena je u decembru 2012. godine nesmetana razmena audio i tv signala sa TV Most u Zvečanu, RTS, RTV, svakodnevna razmena programskih sadržaja sa Radijom Kosovska Mitrovica, kao i ostalim kolegama u okviru Mreže Most.
