5 ★I play it all the time. The levels quickly become very challenging - expect to lose a few times. But each victory gives you XP so you will do better next time. In that sense, this game has very strong RPG elements although the gameplay is more like a match 3 game. If I have a complaint then it would be that items should last longer in the shop, instead of expiring so quickly so that one can collect enough coins from battles to buy them.
5 ★Its very addicting until you stun a monster with 0 moves left, giving you another move that you can't use. You just stare at a blank screen for what seems like forever until it forfeits your move.
1 ★Update: Game restarted and i no longer have any of the gold i paid for! 1 Star! This is a fun time waster game. I really enjoy it. But.. it is one of THE WORST $$$ grabbing apps I have ever seen. You have to pay for nearly everything or wait 10-15 mins between battles! Hey Devs, if you want people to play your app a lot (and get addicted to the game which would make them more willing to spend $ in game) give them more than 5 mins of play at a time between healings! Either make the healing cheaper or faster!
3 ★Initially fun and challenging. After several weeks of repeated use, it stops opening. Various one- and two-star reviews were also eye-openers. It only gets 3 stars for the initial good times.
4 ★Great concept, only issue is with the daily reward system. I played the game less than 3 hours ago with no daily reward, and then go to log in now and it says I missed a full day and have to pay so I don't reset my timer. This happened on my seperate tablet version last month as well. Seems a little too coincidental. As such, I would recommend playing the game, but not spending your money. The developers clearly have other ways to obtain it from players.
1 ★The app would not load and log me in and now it finally did but got ripped off on my login days reward. It started me all over and I only had a few days left for legendary. Not happy. I was playing this everyday and now it makes me want to quit. This needs to be made right.
5 ★nice job combining Adventure, Puzzle RPG in 1 game, I hope you can adjust the coin collection for it is to few on collection during battle. Rare Monsters should give extra gold collected when defeated. overall the game is fun and addictive. cheers
5 ★Tons of fun. Not a bejeweled ripoff. Totally different take on an otherwise tired concept. Stun glitch sucks for now, but have communicated with developer and they are working on a fix. After that, should be near perfect! Definitely recommend.
3 ★But I have recently noticed that when a monster is stunned, my game will hang for ages and then the monster will attack when I'm due an extra move! Very annoying and sometimes I just have to give up on a fight that's going well because the game is stuck!
5 ★It's the best match 3 rpg I've played. I love the look, the massive match 3 spells, but I did find a prob. I got to lvl 25 and I just stopped gettin exp(found out lvl max). I looked for another match 3 rpg got gunspell (awesome). But i ultimately turned back to Spellfall for another try.
4 ★Best puzzle rpg I've found yet. However, it frequently freezes when the tiles disappear to animate attacks by the hero or the monster. All progress in these battles is lost, but upon restarting I'm missing hit points etc. from the battle that froze.
4 ★Been enjoying this for a while, but there's a bug that's really annoying. After the last turn, the game would freeze/stuck if the monster gets stunned in the last turn. I thought it was just a minor bug, but it occurs everytime these conditions were met. Please fix. Overall, this game is great...
