Octopulso es una agrupación musical formada en la ciudad de Aguascalientes en el año 2008. Su objetivo principal, la interpretación de música antigua utilizando instrumentos modernos y arreglos revitalizados. Sus integrantes, aunque todos de formación académica clásica, provienen e incurren en diversos ámbitos musicales; desde una orquesta sinfónica hasta un grupo de rock. Su instrumental musical se compone de flautas, oboes, violín, viola, chelo, teclados, guitarras, percusiones y voces. Tales aspectos y elementos otorgan dinamismo y versatilidad al momento de seleccionar el material, en la realización de arreglos musicales y finalmente, durante la interpretación de estos.El ensamble Octopulso ha participado en los eventos culturales más relevantes de los estados de Aguascalientes, Zacatecas y Jalisco. En el mes de noviembre de 2013, salió su primer disco de larga duración, el cual ha sido promocionado a través de una serie de conciertos que realizaron durante el año 2013 y continuarán durante el presente 2014, en estados de la zona centro-occidente de la República Mexicana.
