1 ★If I could give -5 stars, I would. More than once, I have logged out and logged back in only to find that, somehow, for some reason, my profile no longer exists and I have to go thru creating a new one. Of course any views matches or messages I may have had are gone as well!!! I've had it. Now we are going to see how the refund process works with this developer.
3 ★Messages always glitches or bugs. I always read a message on the notification tab on my phone but whenever I open the app no new messages can be seen. Would look at different conversations from different people and happens to almost every thread. It is annoying and makes me not want to use the app because I don't know who said what. Please fix!
4 ★So this app is pretty good for getting hook ups. however you cannot tell if someone is online or not, every icon is green. Also you cannot tell when they were last on as it could have been an old account, meaning you have to message lots of people to find the active ones. And there are a few bugs like my app slows down a fair bit at some points, and text gets put in the wrong order when looking back through messages. Subscription fees are high for what you get extra.
4 ★Very good app but you pretty much have to buy everything...! I hate that when I go to message a girl and try to make new friends it says you have to pay. I get the money thing i do but paying to message? What would make this app 150% and ALOT MORE people would make everything free for temp and then when there alot of people i can see putting a little fee in there. But overall great app. Very good detailed work. The layouts perfect. Its overall flawless. Good work on this app!
2 ★You should really make sure the messanger aspect of your app works properly, because it doesnt. At all. When I want to talk to someone I'm interested in and I just spent a long time crafting my opening line only to have it just dissappear when I send it is extremely frustrating.
3 ★Easy to use, but not much in the way of locals using it, had to set it to 200miles to get more than a handful of profiles to view. Also profile completion gives no explanation about what each percentage is or why a certain percentage is left. For example I'm at 90% and have no idea what is left. Also you have to send emails to the support team to add or remove photos, you can't do it on your own even if you have a verification. Some better explanations of each portion of the app would be good.
4 ★...but it lags a lot and I gotta keep closing and re-opening it to make it work more smoothly, more often than I’d like to. It’a difficult to send multiple messages at once because of this and conversations or direct messages tend to frequently double up. Please fix the laggy, slow direct messaging system ASAP. Otherwise, it’s alright for me, so far.
3 ★I gave it 3 stars because the app is nice. Customer service actually helps you (if u give ur email address). It would have been less stars because there's a bunch of fake profiles. 'Photographer quality' pictures, they don't reply to ur messages... Most profiles seem fake or the person doesn't have the app anymore or something...No replies
1 ★DON'T INSTALL! You can't even talk to anyone, it's all behind a paywall. All options are outrageously expensive. I paid for a week of "premium" and it wasn't even honored! I reached out to the support team going back and forth, showing receipts. They still did not upgrade my account and did not give me a refund. This app is a waste of time!
1 ★I'm LITERALLY PAYING for the premium functions on this app right now.. I have been for 3 weeks. And there has only been one day that the messages I try to send actually work. And there has been ZERO DAYS that my in box has worked.. So again I cannot do anything that the premium offers even tho I'm paying for it.. And I've reached out to customer service via email because that's the only thing offered besides driving to their address.. and they still havent gotten back to me. One week later..
1 ★"We now require all accounts to have a phone number" * Enters phone number *"Error. Can't login without one" The qualify of this app is abysmal. The only way to fix it is to delete it and write it from scratch. Wants phone number, doesn't let me set it. Apply filters, they are ignored next time you go in. You can bypass the phone number requirement. Dislike somebody, end up in a dislike loop for every user in your list. QA? Client Acceptance tests? Nah. Too much effort.
1 ★Im trying to get a refund for the unauthorized premium subscription but cannot find the support teams contact information. Will be disputing this with the bank and filing a claim with google if this cannot be resolved. The filters dont work, even if youre "premium", which is the only way you can do really anything on this app. Seriously, even craigslist with the personals sections removed gives you better odds of anything.
