1 ★The app is really painful and glitchy. It regularly logs you out and you stop getting notifications. Message threads don't seem to update, even when you know you have new messages. Photos don't load. Not all of the 'key information ' of a profile is displayed (eg religion). If you are intending to be PC based, you will be okay, but there has not been enough investment in this app to make it a viable product on its own. If you are an app based user, I would try another dating site.
1 ★It's the wort ever dating app. Paid for a plan just to let me see matches etc. The server is broken at all times. Keep sending notifications for the last 10 days constantly. I can't believe I've paid this app. There is no refund, no support, no answer when I asked for technical support. You can't even cancel your subscription. I have to call my bank and ask them to block this app not to take any money further. Very disappointing.
1 ★Worst app ever! Do not subscribe! The app is slow. When you want to press the cross button to skip a person, it does not work, and it would open the profile instead of discarding it. Then you have to first move to another menu in order to refresh and then try again ..this can continue multiple times. Also, there is a delay when you send a message - the message does not show immediately.And the fact that I am actually paying in advance for such an app, really increases my frustration.
1 ★Just joined, and I'm immediately turned off by the interface. I cancelled my subscription right away and am glad I didn't sign up for more than 3 months.
1 ★This is a bad app they say you pay monthly but they deduct the full amount. It's impossible to get a refund and to cancel. The App is not user friendly.

1 ★This app is barely functional. The free option gives you no functionality at all. So thought I'd give it a try. Not worth it at all. The app is so frustrating. Dont bother!
1 ★There is nothing "elite" about this app or the quality of the matches. I'd say 95% of my matches don't have any pictures and nobody fills out their profiles. Also, every little change you make to your profile is automatically "under review" indefinitely because apparently nobody employed by Elite Singles does their job. This is the absolute worst dating app I've ever used and I wish I could get my money back. Do yourself a favor and use Bumble, Match, or OKcupid.
2 ★I love this App. Here's the problem. They offer you a 3 month discount, and charge you full amt. with no way to get your money back. Read the print. No refunds, no phone number. Now I have to call my bank and file a report. Buyers Beware. Ellite- give me my money back except for the 3 month plan that should be 37.95.
2 ★First review I've ever written. Couldn't not write it because this app is so bad. Freezes all the time. Notifications show up 2 weeks late. May other issues. Should probably rate it one star. Don't waste your time or money. The service itself is full of fake profiles and scammers anyway.
1 ★Horrible, just horrible. It keeps freezing, then if I go to wild cards and want to dismiss or send a smile, it keeps going back to the previous screen not letting me do anything. So I have to restart the app to continue. the messages are not visible unless I click on the specific push notification. Edited a section of my profile days ago and it's still not approved. A waste of money. You should be out of business.
1 ★This app is HORRIBLE!!! Y'all have been around how long and it seems like a teenager disgned this site!! Less the 36 hours on this site and I want a REFUND!!! Profile still not reviewed after 2 days!! Random message alerts with no message in the app!! Preferences are not correct!! Cannot delete emails - cannot zoom in on pics of matches to see it clearer!! Delete button does not work on "random find" matches. Thought it would be better due to the more EXPENSIVE price, but it is the worst!
