Met de Mijn Novens app heb je 24/7 mobiel toegang tot je eigen digitale dossier voor het raadplegen van jaarrekeningen, aangiften, permanente gegevens en voor het accorderen van aangiften. Bovendien kun je veilig en snel informatie uitwisselen met je accountant. Je ontvangt handige push notificaties als er acties voor je zijn.Keur in een paar seconden documenten als belastingaangiften en jaarrekeningen goed. Deze kunnen daarna direct worden verstuurd naar bijvoorbeeld de Belastingdienst of Kamer van Koophandel. Je krijgt een push notificatie als je een document kunt goedkeuren.
Na het invoeren van de inloggegevens en eventueel een extra verificatie, kies je een persoonlijke pincode, gebruik je TouchID (vingerafdruk) of FaceID (gezichtsherkenning) om voortaan in te loggen. Zo is je informatie veilig bewaard en hoef je geen wachtwoord te onthouden.
In de Mijn Novens app zie je de contactgegevens van je accountants- of administratiekantoor. Inclusief vestigingslocatie op de kaart om de route te plannen.
