Description
Ever pass the time with your favorite pocketknife, a nice piece of carving wood, and an idea in mind of your final carving? Remember the satisfaction of slowly working that plain chunk of wood down into your imagined creation?Woodcraft is an attempt to recreate those same feelings of calm, peacefulness, satisfaction, and accomplishment by realistically modeling the motions, materials, sounds, woods, tools and environments of real-world woodworking processes on your touch device. In short, Woodcraft is a woodworking simulator.
Current Features:
- Basic wood block rotation and carving functionality
- Handful of random carvable wood block models
- Barebones UI (sorry it's rather ugly atm)
When first trying Woodcraft, please remember it's still very much in an early stage of development and is still a work in progress. I've uploaded it at this early stage so that you might help shape the app as it progresses by sharing your ideas for added features and by letting me know what you like and dislike about its current functionality. It's just me making Woodcraft, but I'll do my best to respond promptly to all comments and continually release improved versions. Thank you for downloading and reviewing Woodcraft :)
