The raga or the scale of the music can be configured to produce music in hundreds of unique and melodic piano tunes. The player is also given feedback on his or her inner state while listening to the music.

The app uses MUSE – a wearable EEG technology from InteraXon Inc. The player wears the EEG headset and starts the app on an Android phone or tablet which talks to the headset over Bluetooth. Once connected and switched on, specific brain wave parameters determine the ebb and flow of music in the configured tune. The tune can be changed by dynamically selecting specific musical notes from the octave on screen. The instrument can play a few hundred ragas based on this selection. While enjoying music in the player's favorite raga, one can also see their concentration and relaxation levels by looking at the scores. When the music becomes slow, it means the player's internal state is becoming more stable. When music is fast, it represents active thinking or a more turbulent state of mind.
If the EEG headset is not available, this instrument still functions as a rich random music generation tool but cannot be used as a meditation tool.
