5 ★My family has enjoyed Jelly Telly for about a year now. We love the wholesome programs and some of the shows are simply great. (My 6 year old LOVES Meteor and the Monster Trucks). So far I am very pleased with the changes to the menu that came with Minno, much more user friendly. We can also use it on our Roku TV instead of going through a Fire stick. Overall, the changes I see are positive. Keep up the good work!
5 ★Absolutely love this app, and my children do as well. I have been so concerned about what they watch on Netflix and YouTube because it's so much going on in mostly everything but I feel completely safe letting my children watch minno(jellytelly). I am grateful for this subscription especially it being Christian content for kids!!! Words can't explain! Thank God.
5 ★Really awesome app! Most times we cast programme to our large monitor in lounge. Its good to see there are a good range of options of episodes to watch. Some we haven't seen before and some where we don't need to double subscribe to coz they have their own app and website. Like a one stop for all kinda thing. I hope there are more seasons and episodes coming up too. There seems to be a serious lack of decent material that doesn't have sneaky dark messages in it.
5 ★My children love this streaming system it's amazing I can set a show to play throughout the day and I don't have to freak out about what they're watching. Being in the kitchen and listening to the show play or I can hear it is kind of fun too. this app makes it really easy to scroll through it and add things to their watch list so it's easier for them to access And also lets their babysitter know what shows are their favorite. Worth every penny
5 ★i can' t wait to try this app. my problem is 1st i didn' t get any confirmation e-mail after i signed up. 2nd everytime i try to subscribe it says " server connection problem " please help
4 ★Great app my kids love it, sometimes it has technical glitches but nothing that doesn't get fixed. Just wished it had more current movies for kids such as Veggie Tales Collection, Camp Cool Kids, Sunday School Musical etc.. It would also be a wonderful idea to add selected Berenstain Bears shows too... The casting to TV needs major improvement and it would be nice for the kids to be able to download shows offline. (Great for long journeys) This may a bit of an outreach but it would be a exquisite to add a reading section or a book of the day recommendation etc.. I.e. Max Lucado You Are Special, Priscilla Shirer Warrior Princes etc..
1 ★Run away! Don't give them your credit card info! We had multiple problems using this (both on the app and the website), so we canceled. Couldn't do it through the app, had to go log in to the website. So many hoops to jump through. Our account was in trial status when I canceled. Immediately after I submitted the cancellation, the account status changed to active and we were charged for the next month of service. Super shady.
3 ★We've had it for a couple days and so far it's just okay. The shows aren't that great, some better than others. The best show is Veggie Tales and my son doesn't even like it! 😂 The main issues I have with it are that the sound goes from loud to soft a LOT, the shows do not have a description on them to know what they are about and when you start a show you have been watching it doesn't start up where you left off.
4 ★Please make your app movable to an SD card. We use the download and go option but have an older device with very little space, so we can only have one 30 minute show at a time. We'd like to be able to use our new SD card which was added for this very purpose. You know how helpful it is to have your kid's favourite shows on hand! Otherwise great content, will be 5 stars if we can have this feature!
2 ★I love the idea of this app but timing was unfortunate with so many more people trying to access things like this than normal. I've had this trial for 3 days and I have yet to be able to really try anything. I attempt to use the app on my roku and it won't link, if I try to view on my browser or mobile apps- I just get errors. I cancelled so i wouldn't forget and be charged for something i never even used. Best of luck!
4 ★Instant customer service feedback, to include personal response to feature request of categorizing this app as a Family Library app, so as to be able to install on multiple devices' individual accounts without paying for multiple subscriptions. This would greatly improve on the already awesome integration of Google Cast. It's super simple to use, and has quite a wide variety of show, both classic and newer. I can only hope they continue to upload more.
