Với PDMS người dân có thể biết trước các vị trí có nguy cơ xảy ra thiên tai, có thêm bản đồ vị trí tránh trú an toàn khi xảy ra sự kiện thiên tai, thông tin dự báo thời tiết tại khu vực mình đang sinh sống.
