2 ★I want so desperately to love this game, but I can't. I pre-registered and have had it since, but the grind has simply been not worth it. The story is wonderful, and the characters are loveable, but everything outside of that is a chore. Getting resources to level up characters is painstaking since so much is needed, the events are dull, and give no real rewards, and the chances of pulling high ranking or new characters is abysmal. I may come back, but for now, I can't recommend it.
4 ★This game is riddled with far too many bugs and they occur at such random moments. To note the one I'm referring to it's the invalid request on click. Also it needs more pve modes .Tower rewards are a joke, and it's stamina heavy which makes it worse. Hopefully the game can improve on this, otherwise my review remains unchanged. Edit: They've introduced more ways to get Stamina, still lacking but def a improvement. +1 star
1 ★I do enjoy the game. With the vibrate characters, good animation, and decent side graphics. However, OP lack in many areas. Drop rates are low for armor pieces and other items, the UI is not all that great, you can only gather resources to lvl up characters on certain times and days. It's pretty much a grind fest lvl up characters. I believe they went backwards instead of forward. With the mechanics of gameplay. Hopefully they make improvements for the better.
3 ★Knocking the game down a star because some of the bosses and enemies start to feel incredibly cheap after you complete the main story. It's still fun, when you can win but most of the time you seem to need very specific units to be able to clear the content. That's when not being able to level up your heroes quickly starts to become a problem because then progression hits an immediate roadblock and you're just stuck there waiting.
2 ★Unfun. The game looks good, but it feels so grindy. Whatever the game has, it prevents you from enjoying it with grindy mechanics that aren't enjoyable. The repetitive attack cutscenes with every attack cannot be skipped leading to a ton of wasted time, and the gameplay itself is bland repetition: n+1 enemy with bigger number than last.
3 ★Basically Epic Seven in a 3D engine. Since it's new it's far less convoluted and bloated by comparison. Most of the UI has been a bit more refined and far less cumbersome. It still needs a bit of work. Could probably use some optimization to improve performance as it doesn't run well on my device. It crashes frequently as well. I do like the characters there aren't so many that you can't discern what's what but, there is enough for you to come up with your own strategies and play style.
1 ★One of the most annoying level up systems I have ever seen. Level up materials are locked behind arenas which open up on different days for each element. Wouldn't be so bad but there's a limit to how many times you can challenge it a day. I'm not going to waste my time with such a slow and tedious system. As much as I like the art style that alone really hinders the fun you can have if you can't even use the characters on tougher content
1 ★This game has had an issue from day 1 for multiple players, myself included, that leaves the game unplayable. A box stating "BestHttp Error / Err [HTTP2SettingsManager]: No ACK received for settings frame!" pops up on the title screen and the supposed workaround provided does not always work. No updates on getting this fixed after announcing that they knew about it. I'll be glad to change my review once I can *actually play the game.*
2 ★Disappointed in the recent update. Instead of retroactively giving rewards for already completed challenges, we have to start over from the beginning. Doing the gruling battles was bad enough the first time, then you take away Sweep unless you do it again with 3* clear. BS. Also we're being held back on Side-Story challenges. Limited to 10 was bad enough. Now we've been reduced to 5 per hero, & leveling up hero's star rating takes even longer when it was already too long. More BS. You suck FR
1 ★Edit: still banned - dared to ask for a refund on something I found badly done. Customer service is horrid and inquiries constantly fail to go through. I've had 3 undelivered so far. Epic 7 re-skin with a few QOL upgrades. But still, unskippable animations, screen-always-on battles, and stamina in 2023?? Come on. As usual, battle system is interesting, summons are way too few right off the bat, and gameplay disrespects your time. Watching attack animations 10000 times DOES get old guys.
4 ★Enjoying it so far. It's your typical waifu/hero management game, but with premium renders, audio, and story. The battle system is pretty polished as well. There's both some strategic depth and also pretty good automation built in. There's also no BS systems that require you to login every day to get a 3star hero. The events and rewards seem pretty casual and don't require you to be on a leash. My only criticism so far is that there's not much socializing in game.
4 ★It's a fun gotcha game with cool abilities. Rate for characters is ok and drop rates for legendary is kinda low. Gold coming in decent but spending in upgrading gears will wipe it clean. New update with 10 ads for energy has been a nuisance to me. Everytime a ads finish it's open to the play store and force me to reload the game from the loading stare. Hope there are ways to fixed this. Thank you
