4 ★Just as I remember it from the pc, somewhat more challenging using a tiny touch screen but really it's remarkable how well the devs have translated it. Only one real issue - the road bridge isn't a road bridge. It's a rail bridge, meaning I can't build road bridges which, obviously, can be an issue at times. It'd be great to get that fixed. Thx.
5 ★First off, if you aren't interested in strategy, this ISN'T for you. However, if you like retro games, if you like strategy, and you like tycoons, then this is definitely for you. This game is an excellent port of an old game. The game doesn't have an adequate tutorial, so you'll have to find out a few things on your own. Once you get past that, however, things are pretty fun from there. The content is fully customizable from the gameplay difficulty to the controls and button sizes.
5 ★Great port of the game, its just like the pc version with all of its features, I have easily been able to download some AIs and graphics packs without any issues. Controls arent so good, one would need a lot of patience to create any larger networks also the UI for events takes up too much space in the lower center part of the screen.
4 ★Quite decent attempt to recreate the original. Low score for graphics is due to the fact that this game replicates the original a bit too well and original graphics is, well, lame compared to what it could be today (I still have my original ttd cd). I am kind of sad that the mods are quite dusty and many are broken due to core game advancement. Mod database definately not phone friendly, either, as it is impossible to read descriptions or requirements for over half of the items.
5 ★i first played this on dos.. i like all the extra content it is a pc game so the interface is small in places, but manageable - 8inch tablet or bigger reccomended. its a complex game, kinda and the options are very vast for a 1st timer, there are notification options (people with one star have complained about this frequently) to turn down frequency of them. it was annoying on dos... ;) the aim is simple. transport raw goods to processor plants and then transport them to citys to make money.
4 ★It's just OpenTTD for mobile, not much to say here. The controls are kinda wonky but you can get used to them.
5 ★It is what it is and it does it brilliant. I was a big fan in the mid 90's and still am today. Probably the godfather to a lot of sims in a similar category. I play it on a note 9, it's so easy with the big screen and pen. But I can see how some might find the controls a bit difficult if not on a big screen phone. But still, no need for anything less than 5 stars👌🖐
5 ★This game is a port. That means it was designed to run on a computer (in this case). Originally, some people worked very hard to make this game for free, on a computer with keyboard and mouse. Then someone else worked hard to make it available on a cellphone, at your fingertips, for free. Please understand that this game is a labor of love, which started at the desk under keyboard and mouse. This app streamlines various tedious tasks you would encounter while trying to play the old way.
5 ★I absolutely love OpenTTD on PC, and this port is the same great game but on mobile! I've sunk hours on the mobile port just as I have with the original. My only criticism would be with the controls, but the developers did their best to port it to a touchscreen (I just find touchscreens very frustrating) It's still damn good, and the best free game on Android. I wish there were more classics like this ported

5 ★Love the game ^_^ so much fun. Also, great to tether for online games with zerotier. the graphics are good for their time though, this is an open source version of ttd, so I thoroughly enjoy the port to android from linux and freebsd. must have been hard to do tbh. <3 you developer whoever you are for porting this great game.
3 ★The UI isn't intuitive and takes getting used to. Some commands are in the depo, some are on the vehicle. This complexity doesn't make it translate well to phone where clicks per minute will be lower than on pc. It's also maddening to not be able to see exactly which square is holding up construction. When you go to upgrade airport, do it quick or you get flooded with "airplane ## has invalid stop!" which hinders you from rebuilding, which triggers more errors, all of which need to be cleaned up
