1 ★Once this new event started, over half of my map disappeared. It's just blank grass. I tried reloading a previous version and it changed nothing. I'm annoyed I'm so upset about this but it's ridiculous to have gotten this far and just bam, all gone. Hoping when the event ends my stuff will come back but most likely I will end up deleting.
2 ★This game was going at a good pace for me and I was fun and relaxing But this most recent update has me extremely confused. It is incredibly difficult to see what each item is now. The colors and shapes are too similar, I don't even know what I'm looking at, from what my items were before to now. I am going to give this new update a chance... But it has been very discouraging. I know someone must've worked hard to create these new graphics for the update. But im afraid they missed the mark.
2 ★Well, I was planning on giving a 5 star review for the game.I really enjoyed it. Unfortunately, I had to factory reset my phone,and when downloaded the game(saved my previous game) I was upset to see my 347 hearts had disappeared, my daily goals I already achieved (I had to re-do),my level was shortened by thousands. I emailed technical support and they said they could do anything but compensate me at a later time..nothing has come from this.I'm still trying to decide whether to delete it.
1 ★This game was fun and I quickly loved it but, it is anoying now. With the glitches, errors, and stone buildings costing so much to build....it's no longer fun. I as well as my huband both played but, now we are both deleting the game. We both built houses and, were not given credit when adding them to Alice's castle. We both tried contacting customer service and, both received the same generic response. I was concerned this game would become glitchy and annoying like Evermerge and, it has.
2 ★Game started off as a lot of fun, but glitches in the game got very frustrating very quickly. It's an extremely slow paced game, which I can appreciate, but when you try to collect rewards for watching long ads/commercials the rewards are not always delivered. Frequently the timer on the ad stalls and you have to exit the game entirely to get back to playing and still no reward is delivered. Contacted developer with my player registration details and screen shots, no response from them. :(
4 ★I love the game and they finally updated to where I can figure out what the characters and items to merge are but then doing a recent event, I didn't get lot of my chests. They would not open causing ms to miss out on a lot of stuff. It still has glitches and bugs, but I'm hoping it'll get fixed. It's perfect before all this updating
1 ★I play this game every single day and would give it five stars but in the new Sea Island I cannot select great chests at the end of the chop sequence in order to open them. You can select the other chests in the chop features but you can't select Great. When you merge to make a Great chest you can open it. You just can't select it at the end of the chop feature. I have sent an email twice and not even received acknowledgment. Irritating since I spend over $100 a month on this game
2 ★This is a Wonderland version of EverMerge. Its exactly the same. The same layout, the same land spaces, the same items and rewards...and the same problems. The idea behind this type of game is cute. The storyline is great, the merging is fun, but inevitably you are waiting for energy to complete tasks, and then having to wait 24+ hours for things to be done building/harvesting. You can spend copious amounts of money to complete the tasks faster, but its not worth it. Its a pity cause its cute.
1 ★This most recent update is what made me stop playing altogether. I originally downloaded because the game had an appealing art style as well as being purely addictive fun to play. The first update drastically changed the mad hatter to look more like transvestite Willy Wonka, to say the least. But this new one makes all the items and farmables unrecognizeable! Just hit level 19 and won't progress any further til the design team stops sniffing glue.
3 ★It was worth 5 stars until some idiot decided that it not only needed ad breaks but they also decided that there should be no way to buy out the ads so those of us who don't like ads were stuck with them! So the relaxing and entertaining part of the game vanished with introduction of forced ads! As a result i will be permanently deleting the game! Too bad because otherwise it was a really cute little game that I was enjoying to play but with forced ads it's just not worth it!
2 ★So I really was enjoying this game. It's your average open world merge game. I enjoy them. Lovely theme with Alice in Wonderland. Then I began to get random ads when I open the game again and in the middle of play. I appreciate the need for ads for revenue. I dont think this is a game that needs one, I watch enough ads for the extra little bonuses they give. I dont need my game play stopped to watch a random ad. If you change this I will consider continuing to play your game.
2 ★I was enjoying it but most of my items disappeared and can't complete things in both lands that are open. I contacted customer support but haven't recieved a response. I also tried Uninstalling and reinstalling. I had to wait to level 6 to get back to where I was then everything was frozen or gone again.
