1 ★The UI and layout of the bets are terrible. Whoever wrote this never looked at FanDuel. It's looks like an Excel spreadsheet puked into an app. If you hate the layout on the kiosks, wait until you see how much worse it is on your phone.

1 ★App was updated recently to give a new interface, but now it's nearly impossible to bet on certain events. Trying to find college basketball games on a Saturday and you can't see games more than an hour away from the current time and the ones you do see are from schools no one in their right mind would bet on. I haven't heard of some of those school. Add an option for division 1 only, or allow there to be more games to be seen, app also seems to be more troublesome after redesign, harder to use

1 ★App runs like something from the first generation ipod touch. The odds are incredibly disadvantaged. If you come from another state, pull up the odds for the same bet your making on another sportsbook and you can see how bad the odds shaving is. When betting live games the odds update so incredibly slow that by the time the bets have unfrozen with new odds, they lock back up since something else has occurred. Bad sportsbook. Bad app. Bad state betting regulations. Find an alternative.

1 ★I called and talked to a guy named Mathew. he was rude and did not answer my questions even tho he asked if I needed help. I said yes. he hung up on me now about 8 times. I was not rude but wanted simple answers that were never answered. same guy named Mathew keep answering my customer service calles and I got no where with rude service . again I called for help and got this. horrible service .

1 ★The vig they take from each side is criminal, they shouldn't be allowed to have each side be -130 when every other betting app anywhere is -110 on both sides. The rake they are taking from betters is obscene and should be illegal.

4 ★Well, so far, you've redeemed yourself with the makeover. It didn't crash on me when I placed my bets. Bonus! Will see how it go's. Keep it up and I'll give you five stars. I will still retain my bookie until then.

1 ★App won't allow bets from my account. Customer service can't figure out why after months of going back and forth. The odds offered are terrible when compared to other betting services. Montana deserves a better option.
