2017년 3월 23일부터 시행되는 스마트폰 앱 접근권한 관련 이용자 보호를 위한 정보통신망법에 근거하여 V-Guard는 서비스에 반드시 필요한 항목만을 접근하고 있으며, 그 내용은 아래와 같습니다.
[ 필수 접근 권한 ]
• 앱 삭제 요청 권한 : 진단 된 악성 앱의 삭제를 수행하기 위해 사용.
• 인터넷, Wi-Fi 연결정보 : 엔진 업데이트 시 네트워크 연결에 사용.
• 다른 앱 위에 그리기 : 실시간 검사를 통한 악성 앱 검출 시, 즉각적으로 사용자에게 이를 알리기 사용.
• 앱 알림 : 실시간 감시 서비스의 구동 여부를 사용자에게 알리기 위해 사용.
※ 접근 권한 변경
• 안드로이드 6.0 이상 : 설정 > 앱 또는 애플리케이션 > V-Guard2 for App >권한 선택에서 동의 또는 철회 선택.
• 안드로이드 6.0 미만 : 항목에 대한 개별동의가 불가능하므로, 모든 항목에 대하여 필수 접근 동의를 받고 있습니다. 그러므로 사용하고 있는 단말기의 운영체제를 안드로이드 6.0 이상으로 업그레이드할 수 있는지 확인하시고 업그레이드를 권장합니다. 다만, 운영체제가 업그레이드되더라도 기존 앱에서 동의한 접근 권한이 바뀌지 않기 때문에, 접근 권한을 다시 설정하기 위해서는 이미 설치한 앱을 삭제한 후에 재설치하셔야 합니다.
