1 ★No one SELLS a product for free. It's not the ads cause they are stellar..like not at all bothersome , infact barely even noticeable. Its runs smoothly, it's up to date and kind of a fun plot twist in this type of app. So why just the one star? Like I stated b4 "a salesmen" is not" a salesmen " without a product , unfortunately given that staple of society as a whole, ..thus is as well a fact that "a customer" is not "a customer "unless they spend the almighty dollar. So if you got green DL now
4 ★It's quite fun. What I don't like is that the gold I tried hard to get becomes useless in new map. When I got bored, new updates came. Sakura hotel is not fun at all. I just can win some level then I can't win without boost. I keep playing for pets. Pets are cute but it's too expensive to buy them food or medicine cuz diamond is not easy to earn. Now Im too bored to play
5 ★Love it, playing to collect gems to advance is tedious and boring though... For all those who are saying you can't get past a certain level without paying, that is not entirely true. What you have to do is go back to the very 1st hotel to collect gems and then use them to buy the power ups you need to get ahead which can take a long time. But it can be done.
1 ★This use to be my favorite game. And I was very excited about the animals that was brought in after the latest update. Only to find that I can not fininsh levels and use my pets without buying a s##t load of daimonds. I will not support the creators of this game anymore, because of greediness
3 ★This game has potential, but lacks storyline. Levels become increasingly difficult and may be completed through power-ups. The power-ups are purchase in the game or by watching a series of advertisements. The numerous upgrades for your hotels require coins and gems. Coins are gained throughout the levels, but gems are hard to come by. It is bewildering that the same gems are used to speed up the wait time when buying the upgrades.
2 ★6 hours to wait for an upgrade to complete, that you've already worked for by accumulating diamonds and money, is ridiculous. Diamonds are easily spent to upgrade but very hard to come by. The game is fun but this waiting game is almost as bad as games that require energy to play. Can't play the game what's the point???
5 ★I really like this game but I fail to see the point of the coins if I can't use them for anything. Every upgrade requires diamonds but I can't buy diamonds unless I pay for them which leaves no purpose for the 500k+ coins I have. Am I missing something? What else can you do with these coins? If nothing just keep the diamonds. Coins are kind of useless
2 ★Money grab game. You have to collect money and gems to purchase upgrades. The money is really useless since you need a TON of gems to upgrade. The next hotel's upgrades cost more and more gems. I have a lot of money saved up, but no gems. Why require both? It's very hard to upgrade unless you either purchase very expensive gems, or replay games over and over to get a rewards. It's impossible to move forward on levels without upgrades or boosters, which you get rarely. Very frustrating game.
3 ★What is up with not giving rewards?? I'm on the 7th heaven stage and have not received any rewards for passing levels 60 or 65. What's that about? I hate games that force you to pay so that you can pass levels. It should be fair in that it should be your choice. Maybe it's a bug🤷♀️ Whatever it is...sort it out please
5 ★This game is very addictive. I've completed all the hotels and I'm waiting for new hotels to open. The only draw back is that towards the end of the hotel level, you usually have to have upgrade to pass the level. This means you have to either pay for gems or play older hotels to get more gems which can be very tedious.
1 ★Level 80 of crystal palace hotel, I have done four perfect runs, everything satisfied with in green I have no more upgrades available that increase coin per item, I am always five coins short of the needed goal even after a perfect run Edit: you said I should use boosts to pass the level but if I have a perfect run at a level it should be passable, the only boost that would make it so I could pass the level is the gold boost which I am out of and cost way too many gems when gems
5 ★I like the game was a bit disappointed that the new upgrade to game didn't include the new hotel. 2 gems every 5 levels or 200 coins isn't worth me doing unlimited levels on same hotel. The new puzzle thing that just came out with new updates I already have finished. Just waiting on new hotel now ☹. Whens the new hotels coming out? Or is it only 1 new hotel coming out and when?
