Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

5 ★My favorite so far. This is the only audio player i found so far that doesn't queue all tracks in a folder when I click to play any track in that folder. Finally. I just wish they change the icon
5 ★Good music player, but i suggest one thing, the current app icon looking ugly,& the app not recognizing ss card
5 ★The best music player I have yet found, and it is free and open source! Beautiful in its simplicity, but still highly configurable. I have been using this now about three years and haven't even thought about searching for a new player.
1 ★Probably the best player UX out there, but still with few flaws. Folder navigation is kind of fake - still uses media library, notorious for getting out of sync with actual content. Can't clean queue items above current. One star because annoyed with the response in the GitHub issues multiple times.
3 ★Replaygain does not work. I applied album ReplayGain to my files using Foobar2000 on pc, but when I play these files on mobile using Vanilla Music, there is no change in volume. Other than that, no issues at all.
3 ★Edit: worked great on my note 3 but poorly on moto g7 play. On g7 play playback randomly stops when screen is off, volume also randomly changes... Works great, light and foss. Google play music often forgets long track playback time (2 hour podcast) this didn't. This also loads much faster and is completely stable. Its minimalistic so it lacks features. It would be interesting if the developer included addons like a fm radio/online radio player.
5 ★clean looking and has all the options I need great app, I've never used a better music player
5 ★Easy to use, does exactly what it states and no invasive permissions nor does it need constant internet access once downloaded. I've used it on Android Kit Kat and the app had no trouble finding my music.
5 ★Good, clean, and easy to use music player. Solid sound quality, respects mp3 gain settings from other programs, and it's open source, what's not to like?
2 ★Literally the only damn music playing that ACTUALLY let's you whitelist/blacklist in a way that makes sense. I download a lot of files and I'm so sick of manually having to add a blacklist rule for every new thing I download. Vanilla let me whitelist one folder (SD card/Music) as the only place to look for songs. I've been looking for this. It's perfect. Tons of other options too. BUT I CAN'T SET IT AS MY DEFAULT PLAYER. VANILLA IS NOT RECOGNIZED AS A MUSIC PLAYER. SO I STILL NEED ANOTHER APP.
5 ★Super light weight, easily the most efficient audio playback app available. Speedy. Plenty of useful options. Background play. No ads AND no unnecessary permissions. I guess you could say it's perfect?
3 ★Great app, but can't play songs from an additional SD card so I had to switch to something else. Using foobar2k right now and it's not as good, but at least it will play music from a 2nd SD card.
