Install this app, run it, click the "Install Samples to SDCARD" button. When all samples are finished being imported, you can then uninstall this app to save space on your phone.
Samples will be installed to your sdcard in /sdcard/electrum/samples/electrumPakDubstep.
To load a sample into Electrum, LONG PRESS a sound pad in the app to bring up the sample properties dialog. From there you can use the "Load Sample" button then to browse through samples on the sdcard.
