1 ★Images started to disappear in chat since a few days ago, and this includes all incoming and outgoing images. I've followed online advice of cleaning my cache, free up memory and spaces, even reinstall the app. None worked. It's really frustrating.
1 ★I used to like this app but suddenly changed, I am receiving messages from my notifications and read it but if I'm going to click the message it's disappearing, what's happened ? So I keep saying to my chatmates if what did they chatted on me because it's lost.. please fix it and I will give you a high rate if you fixed it..
1 ★When someone call me the pop up notification will not disappear until i answer or reject the call, this is so annoying, sometimes i just don't want to answer nor reject a call and just swipe up/left/right to get rid of the pop up notification but i am unable to and this is so f- annoying and it sometimes pissed me off so bad i want to uninstall this app. Whoever reading this i believe you too, sometimes dont want to answer nor reject a call and just continue whatever you're doing don't you?
3 ★The app I good and so are the features. Major bug for me is regarding backup and history transfer part where I was suddenly logged out and logged in to see that all my chat history was deleted. While I have it on my PC, apparently the support team cannot assist with restore.
5 ★Video call quality is best of all other social site....but have some lack. Authorities should look after about the youtube video sharing option....Cause First of all, all video don't get & all video don't play...show→"unable to play this video." 2ndly screenshot option is necessary that doesn’t exit.
3 ★Why the new sound whenever I receive a new message on the opened chat page? That's fine but would be nice if there's an option to turn it off or customize it. The default sound sounds like my stomach growling and got me panicking everytime I hear it. App's great otherwise.

1 ★I have tried multiple times to get a password reset sent to my email but I am not getting anything. Not in spam either. No other methods for resetting the password. Very frustrating.
3 ★Great app. Great features But I've encountered multiple of unexpected log out. I didn't log in on other phones nor did I log out myself. The app just logged me out and erased my chat history. If that's the app's bug, please fix the problem.
1 ★Please put add friends button to OpenChat that you guys always talk big about... Its a decent & practical common sense to make a group more friendly. How else you want us to be friends? Share IG/FB id? We rarely remember Line ID. And make notifications for OpenChat group chats not only for mentions. Are you guys stupid or what?
1 ★What's new? "We're always working to make LINE better". I can relate! I'm always working on giving 5-star reviews. But just like your update description never actually provides any information, so my thumb never quite slides past that first star.
1 ★Can you please check your app. I am unable to log in despite resetting password using email. I have done it three times and was still told incorrect password at log in. This is very frustrating. It seems your website password set and app is not sync !
