3 ★Excellent concept and interaction that my daughter loves more than any other game, however I urge you not to make the same mistake I did by purchasing the bundle only for it to appear still locked within the app. Such a shame as this would have been worth an easy 5 stars had it not been for this glitch. Developers really need to prioritise this as a major flaw and disable this function until the bug is fixed.
2 ★Misleading! Daughter loved the free games so I paid €28.99 to unlock what I thought was all the games. However, 2 days later a new game has popped up and costs €5.49! Very frustrating as naturally your child then wants the one which is locked. Really disappointed that they con you like this. I understand that new games get created to keep it interesting but is it really necessary to charge so much after paying €28.99 initially?
5 ★I got a new phone and I'm having a hard time restoring my purchase. I was able to get other games back, so I know it's not the wrong email. My 3 year old loves this game. EDIT: I contacted the developer and they were kind and got back to me in good time. They suggested I download the app from the galaxy store, which I did, and it restored my purchases! My 3yo loves this game and it's worth the price to me. I use it as rewards for using the potty.
5 ★Great App, my son loves it, have had an issue with the in app purchases but support has been great so far. The Game itself is brilliant, and I cannot recommend it enough. I see people complaining about the cost of the In App purchases, to be honest, they are less than a McDonalds Happy Meal for something that keeps my son happy much longer. Highly recommended. 2021 update, again had issues with restoring purchases, followed all advice given previously, pleased to say this time a reinstall fixed all previous purchases onto my "new" S8. Still highly recommended even though my son is older than the target age.
3 ★I don't want to give a review since I haven't really played the game yet. I attended the downloaded for an old Lenovo tablet. After opening and going through the initial screen, it freezes on a sky blue screen with no options touch anything or move forward. I don't know if it's an issue with my software so I thought I would leave a message and hope that somebody would respond and maybe give me an idea. I checked all my apps and make sure they're all updated and a system update. Thank you.
5 ★Update 2: Playhouse is working! New update fixed it, happiness ensues. Update: Customer service got ahold of me faster than the expected time, which I very much appreciated. Sadly the issue was not resolvable but refunded in a timely manner. *My son plays this all the time, I had purchased the newest expansion "Play House" and it worked on my phone at first, then reopened it to find my access gone. I followed all directions on the FAQ but it did not restore.*
5 ★I love this app! My 4 year old makes it his personal mission to find the bugs in your programming, for enjoyment. For e.g. he traps the baggage handler in the sky, coloured blocks for the train get stuck if placed horizontally on the ground. Plus many more!
3 ★It was a great game at first no ads and over all really fun and relaxing but u can only play 1 story line and it's a very short one so over time it gets boring and the other ones u can play is to much money to waste on a game but if they had more story lines for free I will rate 5 stars
1 ★All you get is the Train game. 1 out of 3 games is free. How is that tons of free content? Want the rest? That'll be $7.99 for the combo. Duplo Town is a lot more engaging and still free. I get that it costs money to develop games but the amount of money paid for the game doesn't reflect the gameplay content.
1 ★I have tried to uninstall and clear cache and restart phone but I still can't get beyond the blue screen that others have described in the comments. I have invested quite a bit of money buying the optional extras, it's annoying that my daughter can't play the game she likes so much. I'm using the pixel 4. Since writing this review I have been offered a refund of all related transactions 👍
1 ★Updated - It is An OK game and in app purchases are mostly ok - but not like this, this is way too expensive and no kids safety to avoid accidental purchases - expensive money grab. Reply to developers - yes there are some content free, two "games" to be exact, but there are a lot more on the front page locked, instead of a single store/ content icon. And since it is targeted 2-5 year old, I have bad news for you, they don't really understand why some are playable and others ask for money
1 ★Awful, full of frustration, it's always in,need to restaure the purchase, go tell a three years old there is no internet to restore the purchase!! Why the need to always unlock and restore the purchases, we have done that 20times or the child can't play with the app, so when outside without Internet it's impossible to play with the full app, awful and so frustrating
