1 ★Garbage. I've had the app for 2 years now, and things were working smoothly until the latest update. Then suddenly the keypad wont load for literal hours. I've tried force stopping and restarting my phone so many times, but obviously it's a problem on your end. PLEASE fix this. 😒
3 ★Its a great app for storing photos but its missing a lot of features that would make it unique like subcategories, accepting mp3 audio, being able to reorder photos easily because they were not imported in order and a space saver that doesn't make gifs not work. Please release new features with this app, I know this app old but it deserves more 😔 🙏
1 ★After the update, I can no longer login. It just stays on the purple page with the logo but didn't show the keypad to login in. I've contacted customer support a month ago and have only been contacted by a rep saying, thanks for contacting us but hold on. No update on my issue, no nothing. Very frustrating.
1 ★i am not able to view my photos , i see all the album's with thumbnails but when i open them it i am not able to view any photos . and it takes a lot of time to show the pin screen to log in to the app when it is launched and after that when you enter the pin it takes a lot of time to load the albums but after loding it only shows the thumbnail of the albums but does not show any photos inside it just keeps loading , please guide me how can i fix it ?
4 ★Best app out of all the other ones, the only complaint is not being able to organize the photos that are uploaded. I've had this app for years and previously it would allow you to drag and organize files but it no longer does that. Please developers make that option accessable again.
