A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.
Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?
A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading). As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.
Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?
A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.
Q: What are Android App permissions?
A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

5 ★Holycarp! This was REALLY well thought out, and a TON of fun. Loved the app, interface, and storyline. Just remember if you have GPS issues when you're in a city, it isn't the app. You'd normally have geolation issues when there's tall buildings. Just keep walking around until it locates. And don't forget you can home the map using the same button you would in any map app. But the graphics and storyline are both great. The event was tons of fun!
5 ★Fun experience, app worked well without glitches & was super accurate in determining our location. Didn't use much battery either. (Had 4 androids, 1 iPhone, you do need a mid tier or better phone) Gameplay is straightforward, highly recommend. There's plenty of walking & even a light jog involved. Heads up the app doesn't access your photos, so you'll have to take the team photo from within the app. Watch all the videos CluedUpp sends you before the event and you'll be good to go!
1 ★Fun concept but got to workout a lot of issues. The connection to use you phones when hundreds of other people are using the same network makes it really hard for the team to all be connected and work on challenges at the same time. We never were able to work as a team on challenges because the connection was always bad for someone. You need to have different routes, different starting positions, and different start time allotments for each team so not everyone is using the same network @ 1 time
3 ★This app has some novel ideas, but stops short of being as cool as I thought it was going to be. For one, the creators must not check out the area first as major construction was going on where the event was and was in the way of some landmarks. Also, most of the game is just walking between locations on the map with no game mechanic supporting it (fine as long as you know going in). The mini games are not hard for the most part and could be more creative. I do not feel the app is worth the $$$
2 ★Would love for the game to be specific to the geographic location. this game did not need an outside space to be played, and it would have been more meaningful if we had been visiting local businesses or landmarks instead of random places on a sidewalk. the puzzles were mostly fun to play but the narrative and incentive for saving alice was not cohesive or strong enough to keep interest in the game going. we ended up finding a cafe and taking penalties and finishing the game there - much better.
2 ★If you're into Geocaching or similar types of activities maybe this will be your thing. But the event was quite expensive for what it was. A bunch of digital points on a map, literally nothing physical in the real world. Most of the points had a bland story with an almost disappointing ending that didn't feel rewarding for your time and effort. The minigames are so simple I think they were clearly meant for little kids. Some of the puzzles even repeated. No staff at all either.
4 ★Small learning curve. The neighborhood was rough. The game ended up being tons of fun though. I'd like to see the ability to add a timer while taking the profile pic. We couldn't take a team picture, with the entire team. The spots were not design in a way that made walking to them easy. An example would be gated communities. One suspect would be inside the community, while others would be on the other side of the fenced community. Making the walking distance much longer and inconvenient.
1 ★In their ads they showed characters dressed up for the Alice in Wonderland theme and there were no characters at all. The app itself is often slow and there isn't really much to piece to together if you're looking for more of an escape room type game. It's mostly just a couple of riddles and really cheesy mini games. Overall, very underwhelmed. I feel like the marketing strategy is very misleading.
1 ★The first 2 stops worked for all 6 party members. As we continued, we struggled to keep everyone in party in sync with the app. Many stops concluded with partial party participation, or failed & penalized time+ because someone's app wasn't synced, therefor they could not submit an answer. One by one, the party wanted to quit, it's not fun starting & restarting the app constantly to get everyone synced. Also was expecting decorations & character actors, this is NOT emersive. adult group of 6.
1 ★Did the Alice in wonderland experience. Said it was a an "escape room style" experience. It wasn't. It was a scavenger hunt. It didn't utilize any of the landmarks, except for one location, a clock. No on-site themed decorations or landmarks. The only indication it was "Alice in Wondeland" themed was because of other participants dressing up as characters which was cool. Paid 40 dollars to walk around staring at our phones. Nothing to look at. Nothing for completing. It's pokemon go basically.
1 ★This app blows. The concept is good and we made a good time running around trying to solve the game, but for $50 I expected more. The overall story was fine, but they didn't customize it in any way for our area. Just random pins dropped in a 10 or so block area. And some of them were poorly placed in dangerous locations such as construction zones where sidewalks were closed. But the worst part is the GPS on the app is terrible. The location is never measured accurately so lots of wandering.
3 ★The app is ok. Potential players should know, you are paying $$ for a one-time use "game" that involves a digital scavenger hunt style walk around. The theme of the event is only carried out if other players decide to dress up. It is not very detailed to the town you are in and as long as you can read the map you should be able to navigate fairly well. It's something to do, but the amount of fun you have is completely dependent on the fun you bring.
