فعالیت هنری حامد همایونحامد همایون نخستین کنسرت خود را به نفع کودکان سرطانی در مؤسسه محک برگزار کرد. او که آثارش در سال ۱۳۹۵ با استقبال مخاطبان مواجه شده آهنگ برنامه صبحگاهی شبکه اول به نام فرمول ۱ را اجرا کرده است. همایون در آغاز توسط پروژه استعدادهای موسیقی ایران مؤسسه ترانه شرقی معرفی شد.
نخستین حضور همایون در تلویزیون در ویژه برنامهٔ شب یلدای سال ۱۳۹۵ بود که او به طور زنده از برج میلاد برای ویژه برنامهٔ شبکه پنج برنامه اجرا کرد.
هم چنین اولین آلبوم رسمی او به اسم دوباره عشق ۲۳ دی ۱۳۹۵ منتشر شد.
حامد همایون در مصاحبه با روزنامه جام جم در دی ۹۵ گفته است «بیشتر ترانه‌ها در کشور ما حس غم را منتقل می‌کنند و از ناله و خیانت و سیاهی می‌گویند. ما تصمیم گرفتیم سردمدار ترانه‌های شاد و مثبت باشیم.»
این خواننده در نخستین اجرای رسمی خود در تهران در سی و دومین جشنواره فجر در نمایشگاه بین المللی تهران به روی صحنه رفت.

نخستین آلبوم حامد همایون، «دوباره عشق» نام دارد که در دی ۱۳۹۵ منتشر شد. این آلبوم هجده آهنگ دارد که ۱۲ آهنگ آن قبلاً در فضای مجازی منتشر شده بودند و ۶ آهنگ جدید و شنیده نشده نیز داشت
