1 ★I am an IT professional, and between all the undocumented requirements ( e.g. no 5G support) and their incompetent tech support, I have spent over 3hours on the phone with them trying to get my phone to work with their camera. I have given up and will be returning for other product.
1 ★Oh I know - it SAYS that it does, and that's why you bought it. But it basically doesn't work. I set the camera and app up, and honestly the setup was fine. But after the first time it needs to get fixed every time I've tried it. And it's weird, wonky stuff like claiming that I've lost my Internet connection so I can't even log in. This app is not good, and I really, really doubt they will fix it.
1 ★I hate this product, the app and the company that made them. I hate it with every fiber of my being. It never works, and when it does work, it sucks. This monitor will drain the life and will to live from your body. Stay away and buy Samsung, motorola or the off brand at your local store. Summer I hate you!
1 ★Went through 2 of these, and both times it says device MAC and key do not match our records. Looks like lots of other people had bad experiences too. Do you guys even do quality control before you release a product?

Whatever they did with the last update, they completely killed the app. It says my internet connection is not available, please verify it, once I've verified it's connected to retry. It's very much connected to the Internet. I've tried at my house with my WiFi, and while at work. Same issue regardless. Please fix.
1 ★The program worked fine for us. It was a little glitchy and would randomly reset on occasion. But it worked. The recent update about 2 weeks ago now causes the app to lose video connection even while on strong wifi and cell service after less than a minute. The app that was glitchy before is now completely useless. What was the point of buying a wifi capable camera if you can't use it....
1 ★Boom...all of a sudden, logging in is no longer available! Just read that very many others have the same issue! I attempted to delete and redownload app, went to existing user, tried it twice, and now it states that my email address and password don't match for this account! !! Ok, sooo how about you send your consumers a NEW temporary password to be able to reactivate the app!!!
1 ★This app and monitor has been the worst. It almost NEVER works the way it should. I wish I exchanged this for something else when I got it as a baby shower gift. It's been a true nightmare trying to work it and the customer service is extremely poor.
1 ★This is the WORST product EVER. If you have this system WITH THEIR monitor it works fine but if you use your cell phone it doesn't work at all. It cuts you off and you can not watch your child anymore. You have to sign in MULTIPLE times when your watching your child. It is the most annoying thing. I would suggest NOT buying this system it SUCKS !!!
1 ★A complete waste of time and money. This app does not work. I spent hours resetting the device to get it to work on one phone. The monitor it came with is fine, but the internet functionality needs a lot of work.
1 ★I'm right next to the router and the camera and it will not connect! I will just use the hand held it came with. Such a bummer for my family as my boyfriend and I both travel. We would have loved to use this feature since that's why I purchased this in the first place.
1 ★The camera was easy to setup but I need to reset the connection every few minutes. I bought this to substitute a regular TV camera but we are going to return it. The are no features for triggered sounds level alerts. It says that they are coming soon, which just tells me that these guys released the product before it was ready. One of the worst WiFi enabled to old I have ever bought.
