5 ★Update: Finished several pics now & stand by my initial review. I love this app the way it is. Yes it is frustrating to have 99 colors with tiny little specs to be found, but it gives a challenge so it isn't too quick. Orig: Only on my first pic so not sure of much yet. There is, however, definitely a need for this style. Also, LOVE the fact that the uncolored pic is grayscale with checkered white for the highlighted spaces. SO much easier on the eyes than other apps so PLEASE keep that feature.
4 ★I just tried this and really like it a lot, would have given it 5 STAR, BUT I don't like the HINT AD just popping up in the middle of the painting. I have hit it twice while painting. Maybe it could flash at the top of the page, not on my painting. Thinking of purchasing,but I'm going to do a couple more pictures to see if I can get past the HINT AD.Other than that I LOVE the pics, the Colors are really nice, I would recommend it to Friends & Family Thanks for a Great App.
3 ★The graphics are great. Very detailed. I would very much enjoy this app, except there is one huge problem. I like to listen to radio apps or other similar apps while using a coloring app. You can't with this one because of the ads. They knock out the other app while running. There are way too many ads. Every time you click off this app and return, there is an ad. Which means you can't listen to a radio app. Very frustrating. Uninstalling. If this problem is fixed, I would gladly reinstall.
5 ★I didnt have very high hopes for this based on other coloring apps I've used in the past. But this app definitely exceeded any expectations I could have had! This is such a great coloring app, with varying degrees of difficulty depending on the painting with the option for help if you need it. The ads can be annoying..there is usually an ad if you close your phone screen and go back into the app even if you are away for just a bit.But this is the app I go to when I'm anxious or bored. I love it!
3 ★While i enjoy and like this app very much, it has one very irksome issue. This will cause my ranking to be low. The problem is the apps placement of the 'get free hints' icon. Being placed in the center of the screen and fading in and out at the most inopportune moments is very frustrating. Invariably it fades in when i try to chose a color spot and i have to sit thru the add. Not that that's a bad thing, just the timing and placement. Move it to the top of the screen, near the search.
5 ★Love this alot. It's harder then other coloring apps....which I like. Really nice variety of pictures. The only suggestion I have is to be able to sort the pictures by size. So if I don't want to start a long one they can be organized like up to like 30 colors, up to 50, 100 and so on. I don't like to start one without finishing it right away :)
2 ★As with everyone else my app has ad issues. I'm not upset there are ads, but they will freeze up, a black screen will appear out of nowhere but not allow me to return or exit out. There are some images where the section to color in is too small and it doesn't respond to touch. So the picture looks finished, but because i have that one small sliver to color, the game doesn't think it's finished. It'd be nice to have a auto finish or auto help fill in option. Not just a hint option.
4 ★The resulting artwork is amazing. But I think it's extremely annoying to keep getting the ad pop up to earn hints every few seconds. It's too frequent and interferes with the joy of creating the art. Coloring is meant to be relaxing but it is not when you keep having the pop up coming up on the screen. Please consider less frequency so that your app can be better enjoyed.
4 ★Absolutely outstanding app! This is the best color by number app I've played. The intricate details are unlike anything I've seen. The many color pieces are so tiny, divided, and randomly separated, which makes it challenging in a fun way. Very beautiful realistic looking pictures! Update: However, now I have now now ran into way too many ads! 😟 I had to reduce my 5 stars to 4. Is there anything that can be done about this?
5 ★My favorite painting app. More detailed and a bit more challenging. The pictures are beautiful. Just being patient for 30 seconds in between projects for an add is well worth the $ to upgrade and get rid of the ads. I have a problem it wouldn't save my artwork even if I close the app. So I uninstalled and reinstalled and that worked. I would go premium had the extra $$ ! I'm having the problem if it saving my artwork and having the same pictures to do all over again. So ??? But it is the best!
2 ★The painting part of the app is nice and you aren't limited in picture selection. However, I'm uninstalling because it won't allow audio from other apps (pod casts, audiobooks,etc.) to resume after the ad. I switch screens to restart my audio and come back and it makes me sit through another ad and stops my audio again. This is no where close to being entertaining enough to play all by itself. I'm not going to begrudge free apps from using ads, but this is ridiculous.
3 ★The pictures are gorgeous, but there are two major flaws: 1) the default coloration isn't pure shades of gray, so uncolored areas quickly look like neutral tones, making it VERY hard to notice them without using hints. 2) there are some really tiny/thin areas that are almost impossible to see unless you're zoomed in fairly tightly. The result is you'll almost have to use 5+ hints per image. Very annoying.
