1 ★Worst app ever! I have enough tokens for a redemption and am receivng the message to contact support when i tried to redeem a reward. Support sent me a message that it will be fixed but it still hasnt.
5 ★Actually an amazing app!!! I did offers and after being locked for 120 scratch tickets, it was worth it! I got an amazon gift card. ONLY actual app that is actully possible to get rewards.
5 ★Update: they have fixed the issue and I got my gift card. Unable to cashout for gift cards. I have been emailing them and still unable to get this resolved.
4 ★Updating this from 1 to 4 stars. When the app is working, this is a great way to pass the time and make a little money. The redemption process is quick and easy (once you complete the requirements to redeem, which is currently by watching 30 ads). The only reason I'm not giving this 5 stars is because a lot of the updates do cause issues with redeeming points and support doesn't seem to respond to my emails. Otherwise, good app.
1 ★Not good quality. Very dissatisfied. By the time I finished the tutorial for the scratch, I earned a dollar, but it froze.
1 ★I got kicked out of the game when I had about $20 to redeem. One day I ran into technical problems trying to connect, the error messages said that their server was under maintenance. A day later, the error message changed and said that my account was disabled. I have no idea why but suspect the fact that I was using the app "too much" (earning tokens too fast maybe?). I contacted the customer service multiple times with no answer. Very disappointed.
5 ★Graphics are really pretty and well done, seems to work good. I have cashed out a couple times now with this app, so I know they do pay out. My only complaint is that even though I have cashed out with coins a few time I have never won anymore than the $1.00 you get when you first download the app. I like the coins but winning more cash would be nice to.
1 ★Trying to cash out but telling me to contact customer service and I did and I can't cash out I have contacted them several times and nothing thats why I changed my review from 1 star instead of 5 it only let's you cash out once and then you try again and it won't let you cash out again
1 ★In addition to playing the games to earn tokens, I had to do 120 scratch offs to redeem my gift card. An ad plays after every second scratch off, plus random ads intermittently. Once I finally finished with the scratch offs, I tried to redeem my gift card and got a notification that it wasn't working and to check back in 24 hours. 24 hours later, it still isn't working. The rewards aren't worth the hassle. Find a better app.
1 ★I used to be able to cash out on this app but for 2 months now the area where you redeem points tells me that I need to contact customer service. I have written them multiple times and the ONLY response I got was saying "were glad your issue has been resolved without further assistance". That would be nice if my issue had actually been resolved. Its a shame because the app used to be a solid 4 star but is now about a 0 due to lack of customer assistance and worthless points that can't be cashed.

1 ★(First Of All this is my little sister's account.) I just wanted to say this game was horrible. At first I was like oh maybe this might be real, of course it will! I've tried many, many, many, times! It won't work and it makes me so mad. Also when I just got the app a few months ago it was easy and didn't have much ads after awhile it started getting ads that were like 1 MINUTE!!! Its crazy. I know you needs ads but NOT like this. It's such a waste of time.... >:(
