Sandy (group) Of Iranian origin, Shahram Azar Frankfurter formed the group in 1987 with Behzad Pishrow and Reza Zamini. They were joined in 1990 by Vahid Habibzadeh and Homayun Moshir Akhbari.
In 1993, their first album was made, Begu Dustamdari, in which appears the song Arusi Bandari, which takes again the style Bandari, the traditional Persian music, embellished with electronic sounds. A second album, Dokhtare Hadjialmas, followed in 1994.
