Ma'murjon To'xtasinov Salimjonovich 1958 yil 18 noyabrda Toshkent shahrida tug'ilgan. Lirik xonandi, O'zbekiston xalq artisti (2000). Toshkent madaniyat institutini tugatgan (1986). Oltiariq madaniyat uyida badiiy rahbar, musiqa maktabida o'qituvchi (1986-1996), “O'zbeknavo” birlashmasi Farg'ona viloyati bo'limida yakkaxon xonanda (1997 yildan). Ovozi mayin, keng diapazonli, ijro uslubi Farg'ona vodiysi hofizlik an'analariga asoslangan. Repertuaridan maqom yo'llari (“Chorgoh”, “Saraxbori Oromijon”, “Savti Suvora” va boshqalar), mumtoz ashula va zamonaviy bastakorlar asarlari (“Ko'cha bog'i”, “Mustahzod”, A. Ismoilovning ”Goho-goho kelasan”, R. Tursunovning “G'amzasin” va boshqalar) o'rin olgan. Ayniqsa, “Bobur” (1990, “Yaxshilik”), Laydi va Majnun” (1993), ”Kecha va kunduz” (1995), “Shahzoda va Malika” videofilmlariga aytgan mumtoz va o'zi bastalagan ashulalari mashhur. Tojikiston, Qozogiston, Germaniya kabi mamlakatlarda gastrolda bo'lgan. Ijrolari 2 ta gramplastinka (“Dilrabolar”, 1987; “Orzular parvozi”, 1988) O'zbekiston radiosi fonojamg'armasiga yozilgan.
