שלושת היוצרים, לירז רוסו, בן-אל תבורי וירדן פלג, שיתפו פעולה לראשונה ב-2015 בשיר "#דוביגל" של הראפר רון נשר (סקיי). מאז עיבד והפיק ג'ורדי שירים נוספים של הצמד שהיו ללהיטים. לכל אחד מהסינגלים של סטטיק ובן-אל התפרסם וידאו קליפ, שזכה לעשרות מיליוני צפיות ביוטיוב. הסינגל הראשון של הצמד נקרא "ברבי", יצא בנובמבר 2015 וזכה להצלחה רבה ברשת. כעבור שלושה חודשים יצא הסינגל השני שלהם,
שירם השלישי "סלסולים", שיצא ביוני 2016, זכה בתואר "שיר השנה" במצעד הפזמונים העברי השנתי של רשת ג' לשנת תשע"ו, והגיע למקום הראשון בטקס נבחרי הילדים. במצעד גלגלצ לאותה שנה הוכתרו כ"פריצת השנה" וגם וכ"אנשי השנה". באותו זמן שבו יצא, נודע כי צמד האלבניות מורנה טאראקו ואאידה דוצ'י לקחו את פזמון השיר ללא כל רשות מפיקיהם וסוכניהם של סטטיק ובן-אל. על פי כתבה שפורסמה בערוץ היוטיוב של גיא פינס, נמסר כי עורך דינם עתיד לטפל בעניין.[1]
