شهرام شب‌پره (زاده ۱۷ بهمن ۱۳۲۶،[۱] تهران) خواننده، آهنگ‌ساز، هنرپیشه و ترانه‌سرای ایرانی است. وی پیشگام موسیقی پاپ ایرانی است.شهرام در سال ۱۳۴۰ و هنگامی که ۱۳ سال داشت، فعالیت موسیقی خود را به‌عنوان نوازنده ساز درامز آغاز کرد.
او کار حرفه‌ای خود را به‌عنوان خواننده از تابستان سال ۱۳۴۳ (خورشیدی) و در ۱۷ سالگی از متل قو در سلمان‌شهر در شمال ایران با فعالیت در گروه آغاز کرد. در همان سال، گروه «شورشیان» یا ریبلز را به‌همراه ابراهیم حامدی (ابی) و سیاوش قمیشی تشکیل داد.
او پیش از انقلاب ۱۳۵۷ ایران از ایران مهاجرت کرد و هم‌اکنون در لس آنجلس زندگی می‌کند. او تا به امروز بیش از ۲۰ آلبوم منتشر کرده‌است.
او تاکنون با خوانندگانی همچون گوگوش، لیلا فروهر، شهره، ناهید، فرهاد مهراد،[۲] ابی، سیاوش قمیشی، اندی و کورس همکاری داشته و علاوه بر ارائه آلبوم‌هایی، خوانندگانی را نیز شناسایی و به موسیقی پاپ ایران معرفی کرده‌است. شهبال شب‌پره برادر بزرگ‌تر اوست.
خوانندگانی نظیر پیروز و ناهید و همچنین اندی و کورس در لس آنجلس پس از آشنایی با شهرام شب‌پره توانستند با تکیه بر توانایی‌های خود رشد کنند و شناخته شوند. در ضمن ابراهیم حامدی (ابی) نیز در پی ملاقات اتفاقی با شهرام شب‌پره در هتل هیلتون، استقلال فعلی و آشنایی با او توانست همکاری خود را با شهرام شب‌پره و گروه مشهور بلک کتس آغاز نماید. در واقع این آشنایی نقطه پرشی برای موفقیتهای بیشتر ابی محسوب می‌گردد.
