Секен Кәрімұлы Тұрысбеков (1961 жылы 22 наурызда Шығыс Қазақстан облысы Үржар ауданында туған) — қазақ композиторы, күйші, домбырашы. Қазақстанның еңбек сіңірген әртісі (1992). Қазақстан Ленин комсомолы сыйлығының лауреаты (1989). Парасат және Құрмет ордендерінің иегері. Көңіл толқыны күйінің авторы.
Секен Кәрімұлы Тұрысбеков 1961 жылы 22 наурызда Шығыс Қазақстан облысы Үржар ауданында дүниеге келген.
Сәкеннің азан шақырып қойған аты - Серікболсын.
Семей музыка училищесінде оқып, содан кейін, Алматы консерваториясын (қазірғі Қазақ ұлттық консерваториясы, М.Әубәкіров жетекшілігімен) бітірді. Консерваторияны бітіргеннен кейін "Сазген" ансамблі кұрамында еңбек етті. 2001 ж. Еуразия университеті жанындағы "Қоңыр қаз" ансамблінің көркемдік жетекшісі болып тағайындалды
