Merve Özbey (d. 18 Temmuz 1988, İstanbul) Türk şarkıcı. Erdem Kınay ile iş birliğine gittiği "Duman" ve "Helal Ettim" şarkılarıyla Türkiye'de ün kazandı.Merve Özbey, 18 Temmuz 1988 yılında İstanbul'da dünyaya geldi, aslen Erzurumludur. İstanbul Teknik Üniversitesi Türk Sanat Müziği eğitimi aldı. Özbey'i ilk keşfeden ise Ebru Gündeş oldu. Şarkıcı Utku'nun sahne aldığı bir kulüpte vokal yapan Özbey'i dinleyen Gündeş birkaç şarkı daha söylemesini rica ettikten sonra "Vokalim olmak ister misin?" diye sordu. Teklifi kabul eden Özbey ardından da Demet Akalın, Bengü, Özcan Deniz, Ferman Toprak, Utku ve Yaşar İpek gibi isimlere vokallik yaptı. Demet Akalın'ın albüm lansmanında solo performans sergilerken Erdem Kınay'la tanıştı. Kınay, proje albüm yapacağını söyledi ve Özbey'e demo kaydı yaptı. 2012 yılında Kınay'ın çıkardığı Proje albümünde "Duman" şarkısına eşlik etti. Şarkı büyük kitlelere ulaşarak, Özbey'in ilk kez duyulmasını sağladı. 2013 yılında Kınay'ın ikinci albümü olan Proje 2'de "Helal Ettim" şarkısını seslendirdi. Kınay ile yaptığı şarkılar ses getirince solo albüm yapmaya karar verildi.
Temmuz 2015 yılında Özbey'in ilk albümü Yaş Hikayesi piyasaya sürüldü. Albümün çıkış şarkısı da sözleri Deniz Erten, müziği Erdem Kınay'a ait olan "Yaş Hikayesi" oldu. Şarkı Türkiye resmî listesi'nde iki numaraya kadar yükselmeyi başardı. Albümün ikinci video klibi ise "Topsuz Tüfeksiz" şarkısına çekildi.
